Today's recipe is Goan Pinaca/Pinagr ,a sweet made from coconut and jaggery ,it gets ready too pretty quickly.In Goa especially during Christmas most homes make this sweet either in a dome shaped round like bol or rolled into small bite size rolls like I have shown you in this video.
If you want to make it dome shaped then put the mixture inside a round bowl which has been lightly greased with some ghee press down firmly and invert it onto a flat plate.While serving cut into thin slices like you would a cake.
This is a healthy option as we are using Goan jaggery and no sugar and can be enjoyed by people of all ages.Hope you give this recipe a try.
