Your best bet is to purchase the bulkhead inducer sleeve upgrade from Mark Lambert where you drill a hole in the side of the smoker and insert the sleeve where you can mount a fan. (He has a video on YT). Doing this was a game changer for me. With the Thermoworks Billows fan, and a kick ash basket, I can maintain 275 for about 3 hours with the pan full of water. Honestly, I struggled with this unit before installing the upgrade. It just didn’t seem to get enough oxygen. With the upgrade, it’s a rib cooking machine.
Love my Red Box.....its my comp chicken cooker I've cooked potato skins, meatloaf, poppers ribs,.butts....about everything.....it'll do a great job Easy to move around....great for smaller cooks
That's a cool little smoker! I order my disposable cutting boards from ssomd. I'm out and need to order more. Good video Brian and good to see you!
Hey Rus, I’m going to come by and see you soon, my friend!
