    Your best bet is to purchase the bulkhead inducer sleeve upgrade from Mark Lambert where you drill a hole in the side of the smoker and insert the sleeve where you can mount a fan. (He has a video on YT). Doing this was a game changer for me. With the Thermoworks Billows fan, and a kick ash basket, I can maintain 275 for about 3 hours with the pan full of water. Honestly, I struggled with this unit before installing the upgrade. It just didn’t seem to get enough oxygen. With the upgrade, it’s a rib cooking machine.

    Love my Red Box.....its my comp chicken cooker
    I've cooked potato skins,meatloaf,poppers ribs,.butts....about everything.....it'll do a great job
    Easy to move around....great for smaller cooks
