I would to see this age progression technology used with a celebrity who is still alive, say Paul McCartney or Bono, and compare how it compares with what they actually do look like now.
There's a drawing that was done of the Beatles in 1968 depicting what they would look like at 64. Just Google Beatles 1968 drawing. Obviously the artist was inspired by the song "When l'm 64". He's definitely way off except his vision of George was pretty good. Check it out. Side note: "When l'm 64" is one of the first songs Paul McCartney wrote at 14yrs old. But is also credited to Lennon on the Sergeant Pepper album. 🙂
Well done. Almost like they were still with us. Thanks so much for doing Buddy & Ritchie. Been waiting for them ever since I found these videos. Hope to see the big bopper soon.
Brian already looked like you imagined he would around the time of his passing. It was nice to see you had his older self grinning despite all the turmoil he put himself through
Just amazing software bringing their faces back to life. Did that for my fiance who passed away at 25, coming up on 14 years now. So comforting but brings tears all the same.
It'd be an interesting exercise to run that process on the younger pics from stars still alive today and see how the AI-aged pics would compare to their current appearance.

I know the guy who did NOT get on the airplane with Patsy Cline - Jimmy Haney, is his name. He was her rhythm guitar player who she sent to be with his family instead of going to this gig after being on the road for months. He is 99 years old now. You are right, all these died way too young, especially the ones that did not die through "misadventure". Dang, be careful folks.
Amazing. Janis and Jimi impressed me the most. It really was like them still being alive today. It seems like these people would've been excused from aging! You just can't imagine them being old.
Bobby Fuller is I think the most often overlooked artist that died too young, and his death itself is tragic. Nobody really knows what happened for sure but it’s likely that he was murdered at the young age of 23. Too bad everyone only knows him for I Fought the Law but he has so many good songs such as Let Her Dance, Fool of Love and A New Shade of Blue to name a few. He would’ve been huge if he lived.
What amazing technology to be able to age the ones we lost so young. I feel robbed of their creative talents but, many of them were just too sensitive to have survived in this world.
I can remember the rockers presented here, and the music that they left us. I often wonder what songs that they could of produced many years later, if all of them lived in our era. Tragic death, suicide or drug over dose is bad then, and even now. May all the great "ROCKERS" live on in music that expressed to us.
I think you are being pretty generous with the hair. Most people (regrettably) lose their hair as they age. It's unfair but true. I think you got Buddy Holly right though.
Thank you for these great images. Janice Joplin was amazing. She had strong intellectual and emotional energy. She was like a hurricane of talent just waiting to get on stage.

Janis would be easy, her sister is still with us and has always looked a lot like a "straight" version of her sister - you nailed it. Take it from an old guy, leave the "recreational" pills and powders the hell alone, they do nothing but ruin and kill. Seen it too many times.
Very well done : Buddy Holly in particular I feel is exactly how he would look now. Very insightful how you have kept the long hair for many of them which is exactly how many have evolved in reality keeping their persona alive !
