Ibrah ask Mr Kamoga if someone bought land, demarcates it say 50*100 and sells them off. And there remains a balance not making 50 *100 to get the minimum standard of getting a kyapa. If I buy that less minimum size, where do I dwell? Do I pay busuulu or?
Actually I advise parents to insure their land by registering it in the children's names. If the intention is for the bright future not planing to buy in the morning and sell in the evening register your land titles in names of your children Even in death of a parent relatives will need a lot to grab it like they do.
It depends how you are raising that child. Some of those children grow up and change. Some become monsters and want to sell the land. As a parent, educate your child/ children, empower them with all the life skills, they will make their own money and buy their own properties.
