My issue is that my dad died but left no will but he had distributed land equally before he died but but never gave us agreements and some of our siblings sold their land and now they are running to the administrator general saying that they want more land.. How can we protect our selves in this case.

Thx 4 da show Ibrah, my question is, I hv my grandfather who died long time ago but he decided to put all his land into a liz of 49 yrs, but now only two years left for da Liz to expire, what is da process
To what I know about Land Lease, is: if the contract is done of that period, or expired, you have to go back and sign another lease..You real have a good example of our land lease, but ours ended and we had to go back and resigned another lease for over some years. You Need to go back to get info about it before it expires.
