Here I do two tests in the folding firebox camping stove boiling 2 cups of water in a 40 oz stainless steel water bottle, one with the Trangia centered under the 40 oz water bottle (a bit windy) boil time: 9:23 and another one with the Trangia set against the back of the Firebox, boil time: 7:04.

Another great vid! Thank you! To make things a bit easier, you could try putting the unlit trangia burner down in the firebox stove. Set up the firebox the way you want. Then you can use a firesteel to light the trangia. Another great trick is to simply break a small diameter stick to the length you need. Then you just dip one end of stick into the trangia fuel,pull it up, light the end of the stick and touch it to the trangia fuel! These methods greatly reduce the chance of burning yourself!

If you used an open pot previously against this enclosed bottle, you would have a difference of pressure and therefore not an accurate comparison.
