An inspirational interview. Motivation to continue to tackle the difficulties of the UPSC examination and interview, without giving up, is the most important guideline for any Civil Service aspirant. Group study is the best way to supplement private preparation. Each person studies one portion and discusses it with his colleagues. This not only saves times but you will fully remember the subject discussed at the crucial time of writing the examination paper. Instead of just reading subject material indulge in writing it down and preparing your own notes. Your brain retains better memory of things if you write it down.
Apart from policing, sir is a wonderful musician he plays tabla and also sings amazing, He was our neighbor when he joined his service as ASP telicherry.
A very motivational interview by Srijith IPS. Only few people meeting with success is Nature's rule. Out of millions of seeds only few seeds germinate and successfully survive. One should not feel distraught by failure. Even a person successful in entering the exam hall of civil service is highly intelligent and talented. He can definitely meet with achievement and success in other fields too. Aspirants should not be bogged down to only one profession.

I used to read and prepare for civil service through competition success review and if there was some thing as like what sir has said during that time......I love it was there even If it was there there was no one around me. Now any way I am interested to motivate my daughter who is currently in 10th for civil service. Hope through this group we can get the children motivated. But still no clue how it will work yes just a belief and hope.

First nothing succeeds like hard work,one may be brilliant by birth,but i have noticed not all who are brilliant in the school or college,have the grit to face challenges in their life's or career, i have seen mostly average or little above average students perform excellently in their life's, values are most important in any life,if one doesn't have values,at the fag end of his life he will be a failure personally or a guilt wridden person,amoung the thousands i have met, big,mighty,small, i will say with pride the head that never bend to any crooks, after every meeting with late Dr a p j Abdul Kalam, i used to bend down to take his blessings, it is not important who one is,it is how one threats another, however insignificant the person may be, God bless and guide your daughter

True. My son spent 2 years, but not that dedicated. He used to spend only 4 hours a day for learning but wrote only once. Because of society pressure including from family, he left it. But that effort changed him a lot. His perception got changed totally. അത്‌ ഒരു മുതൽക്കൂട്ട് തന്നെയായിരുന്നു. ആ രണ്ടു വർഷം waste ആയതായി തോന്നില്ല പിന്നീട് തിരിഞ്ഞു നോക്കുമ്പോൾ 👌

Really motivating interview Sir. Your personality shines through everything you do and so it’s impossible to stay ‘faceless’.
This is not for first time reading. This is for revision. If u can follow this method u can complete one time revision every month for all subjects. I just given a rough idea u can customize it and u can change materials according to ur preferance.
1 hour 30min - Spectrum ( 30 pages/day )
1 hour - Laxmikanth (18 pages/day)
1 hour- Lexicon ( 20 pages/day)
1hour (depends) - Newspaper
30 minutes - Economics- ncert 11&12 (12 macro only) (10 pages/day)
1 hour - Ancient medieval world history - tamil nadu board 11&12 history (11 history ancient, 12 history medieval & world) (15 pages/day)
30 minutes - Art and Culture - Nithin singania handwritten notes (10 pages/day)
1 hour - Geography ncert 11&12 (15 pages/day)
1 hour- Optional
1 hour - Current affairs magazine (10 pages/day)
1 hour- CSAT
NOTE: some subjects have more than one book like geography have 4 books , In such case add total number of pages of all 4 books and divide it by 26 days ( 4 Sunday's for revision)
Note: Use every Sunday's for revision of the topics u studied in that particular weeks
Note : Take a minimum 10 minute break between every 1 hour
Note: After first time reading start answer writing and mock test + Start essay writing

Do you or anyone know a timetable similar to above had been in practise or practising. Again asking out of curiosity as well as to be inspired.
@@trock111jomy I am following this time table for past few months and it's working for me. Note that I am getting 3 hours sleep in afternoon. This time table is giving me the best result, after trying with many other strategy/time table

Mr sreejit IPS,nice talk,i am a retired uniform personal,few advices i liked was plan 1&2, next the efforts won't go in vain, i am an unsuccessful IAS aspirant,but the effort,i put did help me in my career with the airline, honestly speaking now after i layed down office,i could do more than an IAS officer, motivation, bringing some change in few lives,not salute a politician whome i don't like,not selling my principal's, had the previlage to be in rolls with the former PM of india, when he was a pilot in the same company, my advice the confidence one has on himself,he spreads to his subordinates,deligate authority,make them responsible, if they make mistakes,you should own their mistakes,that way one commands respect of the subordinates, good talk
