This episode had the funniest bits and also the most beautiful uninterrupted conversations, a good balance to the show. With how diverse India is, a lot of the details are different in my part of India. We don't have kharcha or see it as a new year (both are in a different part of the English year), prayers are not the central part and it's more about bursting fireworks (signifying bursting your selfish ego apart to make space for the divine), and we do call it Deepavali most often (Diwali still sounds foreign to me). But all the differences can't take away from the the fact that for all of us, it's a time to celebrate and connect with the tradition, to come together as families, and to take a moment to notice and appreciate the people around us. Happy Diwali 🎇❤
That sponsor segment placement and having Zara paint it just in time for that was a great idea. That was a really cute background, I'm glad we got to see that.
I believe the “wealth goddess” has answered your prayers with the wealth of love, the wealth of laughter and the wealth of joy your family unit enjoys sharing with each other daily. And money can not buy you those three precious blessings every family should be blessed with ❤❤❤❤❤
Happy Diwali Sheena, Trid and family! I'm from England but have been to India 7 or 8 times now and love it so much there 😍 I would loved to have been there for Diwali but missed it by a few days.
Beautiful kurti, and another great episode as always :) It’s actually pronounced “Deepaa-vali” (more emphasis on first half) and used more in the south. I’m Tamilian and that’s what we say usually. Originates from ‘deepam’ which means lamp and ‘oli’, which means light 🪔
U have to wear the new chaddi’s , and both of you wearing beautiful outfits , and Sheena you posted this video 3 days before Diwali so u can tell Trid the date , and we definitely want to see u what you guys styling with for Diwali on Friday, and we wanna also see the sweet meets , and maybe u guys need an Indian DJ cause Trid want’s to party for Diwali , and u better wear the VS stuff Trid bought u (😅) , anyways love the podcast/video cast, take care , ✌️out from the Golden State.
Need a chaos in the kitchen episode
DEFINITELY 👍❗️

So cute she gets so embarrassed easily, I can see her not liking to talk about sexy time. 💕💕
