I had a green cheek conure who chewed on his feather just like this on in the video, and once I changed his diet, he stopped chewing on his feather, and his behavior got sooo much better ❤❤❤
When I got my conures, one of them had this quirk(?) where he would sometimes randomly lift one of his legs in the air and keep it there so it was pretty easily to train that into a wave and my other conure learned by watching I think although her wave is a bit more sloppy with her doing more of a clawing motion with her foot.
The wave is our next fun goal. Thanks to everyone for being willing to share your session with us to learn from.
This conure reminds me so much of mine. He's so eager to earn treats. As soon as he understands what I want him to do it's job done.
Thanks heaps! I love learning the body language stuff. Appreciate you all. ❤
