Hi. If I calculate per sq ft for the studio it goes to 1640 AED PSF. Is it worth paying 1640 PSF for the discovery Garden area? Please suggest
We can't take price/sqft in a vacuum and compare it all over Dubai

How did you get 1640 psf?. If I calculate it comes around 1500 AED psf
@@057anand The cost for the pool view studio unit is 6.50 for 396 sq ft area.

Total amenities? And if we calculate psf , there is vast difference between studio and one BR. One BR is cheap over studio.Why so?
The price/ sqft should not be the main factor you're looking for investment You ultimate determining factor is ROI if your looking to rent. If you want to flip it you should not think of studios
