It doesn't have 32 gears. 19 forward gears and 6 gears backwards. Full powershift.

See if your changin oil in new Holland again ther is 2 bungs in her one on each side u need to open both cause tbe drive shaft goes up tbe middle of the sump an ther will b couple of lts of old oul on second side
