    Appreciate you addressing the different camps, and acknowledging the desire to eat less when you're coming from a place of knowing you're eating more than you should rather than a diet culture restrictive mindset. It seems hard to find content speaking to that group of people. Whenever I say I want to eat less because I know I consistently eat past fullness, I get pushback that I'm still mentally restrictive and I just know that's not the case for me.

      Thanks for that feedback, it is so hard to talk about because many people are indeed mentally restricting as well, but not always!
