I teared up a little. The voice will never be the same without Blake but the show also needs to outgrow him because his influence has taken over the show completely. I'm gonna miss him. I'd like to see him have a show specifically for country artists

But hey, nobody would say anything against Blake returning. Without him next season is gonna be very weird. Curious to see who takes his chair

I think for sure they will bring a country singer on as coach. Having said that, I'm kinda shocked the impact that Niall Horan has had!!! I love how they connect & have similar hearts!!!! They DO however will need an new country coach!!!!

I think the Finale is gonna HARDER on him than he realizes!!!!! I don't think Blake is gonna to be able to contain his emotions.
He's the HEART ❤️ of The Voice!!!!! I always go back to S2 when Christina Aguilera said with all sincerity "Everyone can see Blake's heart!!!!" I loved when Kelly said, how great Blake is after the show, with his artists!!!!! And those of us, who love him, I know I'm gonna cry. And even those who've watched from the beginning, sometimes I didn't know if Carson like Blake all that much, b/c of the drinking. BUT honestly even Kelly said, that Blake hams up in his drinking on the show. Whereas now, I love seeing Carson. & Blake's friendship!!!! Carson literally told Gwen NOT to date Blake worried & obviously they were friends. BUT...in the end, he was the ONLY person from 'The Voice' at their wedding & married them. Some of it was due to COVID & some it, was b/c they wanted a real small personal wedding. Not even Luke Bryan was there & we KNOW they're close. I LOVED how EXCITED Carson was during the Blinds when he said, "I think Blake as one last spot on his team!!!" And suddenly says, "That's great " Tbh I think the crew & the band are gonna miss Blake as well. B/c he's just so down to earth & as loud as Blake can be sometimes, to me he's really quite humble.
Grace’s older sister was one of my best friends growing up. I remember going to their house when she was maybe 5 years old running around the house! She has an incredible voice. Good luck Grace!!! Best of luck!!!
She has such control of her mixed belt! The way she cuts through with that pure tone mixed with that twang was everything. Her voice could crossover so well and do indie folk stuff and even pop ballads. She has so much range and I loved how she navigates her lower register and just spoke down there. Then, to top it all off, her style and vibe is so unique to her! She’s a potential dark horse!
I felt that she strains her voice and is too much on her vocal chords. To me it felt like she needs to learn more support and to sing with more air/abdominal support. I am not an expert but have sung a little professionally, and took vocal lessons to learn to sing without such vocal chord strain. I guess we will see if her vocal chords last or if she needs remedial help at some point.
I love the huskiness of her voice!

If Kelly Clarkson doesn't stay on the show I don't think I will watch again. Hopefully Adam Levine, John Legend, Shakira, Pharrell, will come back even as just a guest coach once in awhile.

I can't believe that Blake didn't bring up, that Danielle Bradberry a 16 year old girl who was on Blake's team won the Voice and one of the songs she sang was Maybe it was Memphis!
I wasn't surprised. It was more important for him to say what he did. When he said, that he rarely he hears young women sing like Grace anymore!!!! AND said, "I actually can hear Pam Tillis in your voice," which Kelly agreed!!! I think that was more important!!!! Tbh I've always been a Blake fan, but that yr, I actually didn't think Danielle Bradberry was as good as everyone else kept saying. Don't get me wrong, I thot she could sing, BUT I just never really felt her & didn't she sounded as believable as a Grace did!!!!

Awww.. Kelly truly loves and respects Blake. I dont know why I got so emotional when she spoke for Blake to get Grace. They might be competitive on camera, but behind the scenes, they always help each other in genuinely helping their artists. They do ask each other about advices on their team. I'm gonna miss their sibling rivalry with all the banters and pranks. They'll surely miss working with each other. I'm happy for Blake though..glad he's gonna spend more time with his family and he can focus on his music too. Cheers and thank you for the 12 years on The Voice, Block Shelton!

People moved on from Adam so fast, maybe not you. Obviously. He wasn't a good coach on the last few seasons that he was in, and he was probably getting tired of it. I don't hate him, I actually love him, but clearly, he wasn't having it in his last seasons. Blake on the otherhand will be truly missed. If The Voice keeps Kelly, she'll definitely do a great job, because let's face it, he's Blake female counterpart. She's probably one of the best coaches on the show and I'm pretty sure she's gonna miss Blake too and their sibling rivalry on the show..but other than that, they're bestfriends and they often help each other in dealing with their artists because they both genuinely want them to win the show, or at least get the exposure that they need and even after the show ends. I remember Blake would have his artists live at his house and even finance them while they're trying to make it to the industry..Kelly does the same too.
The Voice is never gonna be the same for sure, but it's also a good thing for Blake to explore life being outside of The Voice and spend more time with his family. I'm also excited for old and new legends to become coaches on the show. Hoping that they'll have Adele, P!nk, Chris Stapleton and many others!

Man can't believe I actually got so emotional with the fact that it was his last chair turn ever! Being from India, I don't have access to the show so I rely on these youtube uploads to enjoy the performances and even for that I haven't been following the show from the start, I started following it since Season 17 only still I feel like a long old friend of mine is parting ways from me. Blake, you will remain the King of The Voice for me, for ever!
Same brother. I am from India too and started following in season 18 in pandemic but kept watching because of Blake. He made me love country music and now I listen to a lot of old country songs

I could listen to Grace West sing a song or two every day for the rest of my life. Not many I can say that about. Eva Cassidy, Haley Reinhart, and Linda Ronstadt come to mind.
I have been a fan of those ladies for years. Thank you so much for mentioning Eva Cassidy. She was a rarity among women that could pull you into a lyric and bring you to tears. Like Sandy Denny and others, she died much too young. 😊

He usually waits for a moment in a country song. Like last season when Bryce Leatherwood sang, Blake's version of a Conway Twitty song in his audition. Blake said he waited for one note & then immediately turned!!!! He usually turns fast but will wait for a key a note. BUT I LOVED how even Carson was rooting for Grace & told her parents' that he thot Blake had only one spot left on his team!!!! I loved when she was done, he was clapping & walked up, & then walking back, he just stood in his
chair!!!!

Grace was amazing! Her control was excellent and she chose a great song choice that fits her voice perfectly. She's a smart girl who knows what songs works for her. I could see her going all the way to the finale if she picks 90s country songs throughout. The only thing I don't want is for her to win because she is better off not winning the show and Morgan Myles proved that getting third was the best thing that happened to her. I'd be happy with Grace taking third or second place. There are tons of better opportunities for her so she can have the freedom to do what she wants with her career. Stay far away from the crappy contract that does nothing for you. They have way more control on your career and will hold you back if you win.

Can I just say I have followed this young lady for some time and this is not one of her better performances. Ainsley Burns was very nervous. I have never seen her so nervous. Trust me. Ainsley is a tremendous performer with a beautiful voice.. go girl best wishes from the UK ❤
