Find it puzzling that it was finished in wine barrels and still called Blanco???? It could not have been in barrels long so maybe that is why no wine notes. Price to high though $89 at SipTequila

Kevin if you noticed my demeanor, I did like it and I thought it was solid, but it's definitely not one of my top Blanco High proofs out. I would not spend $80 for it, but that's just me.

@@longislandloutequila7208 I've tried seven different Codigo 1530s, but I didn't find one that I truly enjoyed. It's not for me either - particularly with their high pricing.

Hard to disagree with that. I kind of feel the same way. I did like the Single Barrel anejo, but it was made at the original Distillery
