Whole foods/nutrient dense is the opposite of your processed bars & powdered soup!! Offer a plan at a reduced price in which clients follow recommended food choices that equal the calories of your bars and powder. Otherwise, thank you for this wonderful conversation!!!

As someone who has an eating disorder for 50 years this all brings back bad memories of all the things I would have to say to myself daily to not eat this or that and the amount of energy from living my life it stole is irreplaceable.
I found some you tubers to help me recover from that and they were so helpful. I had to undo all the thoughts and things that you are still teaching today.
I encourage you to stop. There is an emotional component however, once I learned about the gut bacteria that need to be built up to get to normal weight...I ate everything I wanted and still lost fat. I took supplemental butyrate & Microbiome Labs 3 Gut repair program & after 2 months the fat just came off by itself. All the stuff your talking about is not normal for a person to have to do. The goal is to be able to eat and be normal. This is a condensed version, however, I hope you'll stop this path your on and go to something that is helpful and works long term. I'm not blaming you as it's what you know at this time. There is much more advanced help that takes the pressure off and we can enjoy life! 🙏

I'm in menopausal stage. I'm vegan. I put weight in perimenopause so I did my best to lose it. I lost 15 kg and now in 52kg. But I would like to come till 50, but I'm not able to move down any more. And if I'm not very careful I go up instead of down. I'm very active. What to do?

Congratulations, I know that's taken a lot of hard work. Do you have someone supporting you through the process? You might need a new meal plan and updated macros to help you start dropping again?

So Dr. Lucas eats primarily animal protein and a few berries & very little (low-glycemic) vegetables? That’s a lot of meat. But, o.k.

Dr. Lucas talks about going back to the human basics of lifting & sprinting, but reduced vegetation intake? Well, it’s very difficult to capture animals daily to eat. Humans survived by being omnivorous and had to eat a lot of vegetation to supplement limited-availability of animal flesh. Yet, humans were muscular & more fit than we are now. You cherry-pick historical diet and activity facts and don’t present the entire picture.

You assume most women are emotional wrecks. We're not. You should have discussed how to make dietary changes a lot more. This discussion was not helpful at all.
