说实话，我们大陆就没有把这项传统工艺保留好，你们可以去看舌尖上的中国，有一期就有这个，在大陆基本上属于失传的手艺。很欣慰在台湾保留了下来，手艺有年轻人来接手，产品也有销路。

Wenn ich gewusst hätte das Nudeln machen soooo ein Knochenjop ist, hätte ich meine Nudeln mit viel mehr Erfurcht gegessen .

Amazing, the skill that goes into the products that these people can produce with very little modern machinery, is wonderful to watch! Not One of those Noodles broke either! I wish I could eat some, I bet they are just GREAT in everything!

in the old days all the trades were passed down through apprenticeship that took a few years to several years. the first trade i noticed that vanished was tailoring. i had shirts, pants, and jackets custom made at reasonable price when i was in high school. when i went back to visit Hong Kong in the late 80's. they were almost all gone, off the rack was taking over.

Let alone the skill and care and love that goes into this- it's also like a dance they are all Doing together in unison- all so connected in an almost meditative state they do not need to communicate verbally really, and that grounded and positive energy is going into that food! Probably making like a medicinal food! And wow how it shoots down the little channel at the end how wonderful and serene I feel like I've been to a therapy session just watching it, how respectful they all are of each other and the food. This is what consideration we should try to put in all our food picking and prepping and cooking - stunning and peaceful thank you

Its like weaving a a yarn but only these noodles are made from scratch! We didnt realized the skill shown, the streneous hard labor these people put into noodle making! Mostly people from southeast asia would like to prepare and eat noodles authentically made, Of course other countries would just like to buy them ready made.
