    I understand your frustration with the AMC dilution, but from a purely business standpoint it’s good for that business to get some free cash when investors are giving AMC a ridiculous valuation to keep business afloat.
    That being said it’s awful for investors in the short term.

      But if a company has to keep diluting shares to raise money it tells me management doesn’t believe AMC can survive without offerings. I mean lets face it, watching movies at a movie theater is not a necessity, its a want
