    • @kcheong00
      @kcheong00 3 ปีที่แล้ว +36

      @@emmakai2243 realistically this product is rubbish. whenever you patch plaster, depending on the hole size. You actually feather out the hole with the filler. If you put a edge or ruler over the hole you will see a hump that is within a few hairlines thick. A good plasterer will feather out the hump so you won’t notice it. Using this product will not give you that luxury because you’re essentially building a hump over the sticker which adds more thickness meaning you need to patch bigger to cover the sticker. You’ll also probably noticed a big hump on the wall.

This system also applies to whites as well as blacks....mostly to blacks. I've seen white pitchers with southern accents come on and appear to be duded-up hillbillies. The Sharks have got his number. They read him as soon as he walked out and started speaking. I also saw a Jewish entreprenuer who came onto the set using Jewish quips and behaving in a manner consistent with a person of the Jewish faith. Also, it didn't help that the product he was pitching didn't seem to be consequential. The Sharks never took him seriously. Blacks, demerited as soon as they walk out are seen as groveling beggars, partly because blacks are perceived as not being able to produce any idea or product worthy of consideration. This whole concept is cleverly disguished by the Sharks who put on a facade of kindness and objectivity.

    Notice he never sanded it and doesn't show it as a finished product. By placing the plastic disk on the wall instead of paper, you won't be able to sand it down to a smooth finish. If you try to, it will expose the plastic disk. That is why we use paper as the cover for the hole. You will have to leave the spot with a bulge and can never get a smooth finish because the cover patch is not big enough to "feather" it in.

    The sharks certainly arent sheetrockers. The issues with the wallrx is the patches are too small to get a good float. Im not a sheetrocker but I believe the rule of thumb is 10 inchs from edge on a patch with a backing( the clear disk) so you dont end up with a noticeable bulge or wind up sanding down to the disk. Also they take way too long to dry for professional use.

    His presentation was dynamic. I loved the hammer to the wall to get a wall bit!

    You know if this product works as advertised I’d buy a lot of it. With our kids I hate having to patch the holes they make.

      Ask any painter. They wouldn't buy it for sure.

    Mark said he was open for questions, I would have asked him what he thought of each deal.

    Lori was the deal. Robert's deal and his reaction was a jerk move!

      @Carmine Vittorio Thats awesome but he lost the exclusive right to sale internationally which is bad move. Robert in this case isn’t a strategic partner

      Product isnt that great. Has very limited application. Plus, its used for Dry wall only while ‘international’ market is Largely concrete walls..so product would be an international failure

    you can tell none of them have ever fixed a hole before.
    That would a great product for QVC or something like that. A cheap piece of crap that sells millions.

    Fixing a hole is a lot easier that people think. You DONT need all of that he dumped out. To fix that tiny hole, all you need is a wad of paper stuffed in the hole and plaster, sand and repaint. To fix a way bigger hole, you cut a square, cut the same measurements as a square in a piece of drywall, fit it in place, use the mesh tape, plaster over, sand, repaint. A medium hole, stuff with paper, cover with the mesh tape, plaster, sand, repaint.
