Super excited for you man! I held off preordering at the last minute when I found out that the tubeless wheels weren't available on the preorder bikes. I really want the tubeless setup. But your video has me second guessing myself if the tubes really matter that much. Thanks a lot!
@@forgottenmotorcycles I ended up calling the dealer back earlier this week and did the preorder! I saw some talk online that folks in Europe are still waiting for the backorders of the tubeless rims and figured at that rate it might be spring before we see the tubeless make it stateside. Don't want to wait that long!
I have watched the videos across the pond, and the new 452cc is certainly a temptation. I myself will drive my 411 into the ground. A Enfield enthusiast in the UK chose a CF Moto 450 over the new Himalayan which amazed me knowing she had a Meteor and then a Himalayan. Different strokes for different folks a gather. Looking forward to the videos on the 452cc on this side of the pond. Those helmets you showed previously are beautiful and safe looking but awful pricey.
The new ones look pretty cool! I'm excited to follow along and see what you decide on, it probably doesn't make much sense but I'd like to see you keep the 411 and get the new one!
It is intriguing, but the remaining 411’s are available at my local dealer for less than a new Classic. I’m kind of leaning that way instead. I like the simplicity of air cooled.
I’m thinking of getting a 2023 Scram the sells are great I had a 2018 Himalayan was a great bike just had some small issues not sure about the new ones was waiting your thoughts on them if the bugs are worked out like stalling and some fit and finish things and how long you think parts will still be available after they discontinue the 411 this year.
Personally feel the Scram 411 is one of the all time great motorcycle. It does handle better than the Standard Himalayan making it fun to ride. Am thinking parts for these wonderful machines will be around for years. Wahoo!
Ill take my 411 w/ cam upgrade and Puig windscreen all day long. The new himi's seem to be geared more for off road and the windscreen is tiny. BUT hope you get one to enjoy.
TBH I just bought the 411 after pondering over whether I should get the new model but something you need to keep in mind with new model vehicles Is that there's usually a ton of issues. I'd heard they're being some issues with this new model already. So that's why I didn't hold off I went with the 411 because it's proven. If you remember the very early 411s had a lot of issues. I learned my lesson with a Jeep I bought the first model year and had nothing but problems even to this day I still problems with it so it's a no-go for me I will wait a few years and then look at them
It doesn’t look like any tubeless spoke models are available, but the prices are much lower than I expected. Wahoo! My only problem? I still like the Scram 411.
Royal Enfield is really doing amazing things …watch out for the electric motorcycles that will release in 2025/26 probably a guerilla version and make it affordable

I'd like the tubeless too but will take either. Wahoo 😁

Looking forward to when you get your hands on the 450 Guerilla too!
Can't wait to see and ride that one! Wahoo!
I'm gonna keep my 411 (2019 Sleet Shadowfax) until it can go no more, but I definitely wanna try riding the new one to see what it's like!!
Love it!

I don't think a person can go wrong with either Himalayan...Life is good!

Would love to keep both bikes, even if just for a month or so, just to see how they differ and are the same too. Wahoo!

I can't say enough good about the air cooled 411 Himalayan. Great motorcycle!

Wahoo 😁
Hope to have mine by September 1.
I'm told I may have to wait till after you get yours to get mine!
It doesn't appear any spoked wheels are available for the preorder batch. Only cast aluminum mags
I think you can order spokes. I do not think you can order tubeless yet.
Any idea what the out the door price is going to be for the base model?
At Baxter Cycle it's MSRP Plus $500 shipping. So, $5799 + $500 for the base model.
@@forgottenmotorcycles I am going to give them a call.
A new infatuation or the old reliable ? You've got quite the quandry there Fuzzy ! LOL !
Life is full of these kind of nifty problems...lol!
So they'll be all gone before I can test ride one, great .
Fingers crossed!

@@relicgamer2137 I can't wait to get my hands on it 🙂
3 year warranty. Unlimited miles.
Well tbh it's not new now when it lands in USA.
But yea you're not wrong because anything that's a first version will have some it bits.

Scram is a great bike. Look good next to a new Himalayan 🤠
Tubeless wheels and models available later this year.
@@markjacobs3956 Sounds good.
Curious what the price will be 😊
I think website has them at $5799 -$5999...Amazing!
