Liquid liner is harsh. That’s probably why you like a blended eye look instead! This eyeliner isn’t very creamy so next time I need to show techniques with a creamier liner. The results will be even more impressive.
Hey Gabi, just wanted to comment to say I have just discovered you amd I think you're fab, I'm from UK, 46 years young 😊 and you've really helped me with all things hair and makeup in my 40s, we have similar colouring, similar hair even similar eyes I also have one eyebrow higher than the other and one eye is more hooded, i have dry undereye drives me nuts as well and even my hair is the same texture as yours, you're like my sista from another mista 😂 lots of love, Lisa x❤

And I don't wear makeup often anymore, so I can't understand WHY it has seemingly become a permanent situation with my lashes? @@GlamGirlGabi Thats the thing. I personally have always preferred the deep richness of brown eyes (and hair). Not to mention that brown eyes come in a wider variety of shades in level and tone from the lighter hazel type eyes, to the caramels with red, orange and yellow undertones, to the deep almost black browns. When I use eyeliner or eye shadow as my liner there is ALWAYS transfer to my lids no matter what I do, and I use a primer…that’s why I have started to do tight lining, any suggestions? Thanks 😊
Not necessarily. You can shape your liner differently by not lining all the way to the outer downturned edge but pretend the eye doesn’t down turn then draw the liner up not touching the outer edge of your eye as if you have the shape eye you want. Then using dark shadow in a small triangle shape with a small brush try elongating the eye above the liner. I know, hard to understand without a video but try to do it. It works for me.

What eye liner do you use?
In this video I am using the one by makeup forever.
I can’t use eyeliner on my upper or lower waterline because of my contacts.
I tried your techniques but unsuccessfully. I am too clumsy and I can’t make it right, it always looks so amateurish on me.
Why does tightlining never work for me? It smudges or disappears!
This does happen to some people. It could be the liner you are using or just the way your eyes work
The main reason why I never use eyeliner on my waterline is because it will end up as a gross little goop in the inner corner of my eye.
If your outside corners turn down, winged liner looks weird
Not necessarily. You can shape your liner differently by not lining all the way to the outer downturned edge but pretend the eye doesn’t down turn then draw the liner up not touching the outer edge of your eye as if you have the shape eye you want.
