When you said "YOU'VE SAID", This, you might think is a past tense but actually is the "Presen perfect", So you should've said "YOU SAID" That's the correct form. Anyways nobody is gonna split hairs over small mistakes. Actually, "missed out" will sound exactly like "miss doubt." :) I can't think of a time when you would use "missed it out." The phrase you want is just "missed out." Hope this helps!
