I have a 2015 Odyssey. A lot of this video applies, but from what I can tell, you can't get the grill out or back in without removing the bumper (or perhaps one of the headlights). My front grill was broken to pieces, so getting it out was easy. The replacement is too wide to get into position without removing more things.
@@Stangtabulous I have a 2012. in 2014, they updated the front end. The grille, front fenders, headlights, hood and bumper were all changed. Also the wheels, and the side mirrors. So unless he converted a 2014-2017 to look like a 2011-2013 (hint: he didn't) then it's a 2011-2013.

You need to remove the bumper if you want to take out the grille or replace it I have a 2016
