- June 6 will mark the 80th anniversary of the D-Day invasion. Some Americans who took part in the liberation of Europe will return to Normandy for the last time. A 100-year-old Bloomington veteran is making his first trip there. WCCO's John Lauritsen shares why it means so much to Les Schrenk.

Bless these two men.. crazy how things happen. Brings me hope. They sat and had a beer together. Wow. Rest in peace to every soldier who had ever faught not only just for us in America but all over. It takes alot to stand up when your country needs you. I hope something i never have to experience. Anybody. Period. Powerful stuff.
