Thank you for posting this video. I was able to replace my armrest with no problems and it wouldn't haven been possible without your instructional help. Thanks again!
Great Video, But do you have to remove the panel to replace the window switch all the other model that i look at show from the top piece you can take it off.
Great video as I have a 2009 Honda Accord with a black interior and I think I'm going to have to remove the door panel in order to get the elbow cushion replaced. I live up in Canada so this is going to have to wait a few weeks till it gets warmer
Mi auto es un Honda Accord 2012 el vidrio de la ventana se quedó abajo ya no quiso subir usted sabe cuál es el cable del botón para subir el vidrio del lado del piloto?? si no creo creo que subirá el vidrio manualmente quitando todo
Those lever connectors don't require 2 hands at all. Just stick a flathead under the lever (pressing on the clip) and twist to open the lever. I love these Honda clips, they are so well engineered.
Yes, you can get the panel off with the door closed. It's much more difficult and you are more likely to breaking something. Remove all the screws then start pulling on their bottom any way you can. You may have to get creative. Good luck!
@@DIYHonda thank you. This all started when a friend took the off to replace the drivers door window switch, cool. Whent to drive car home and couldn't get into vehicle, been having to get in from the passengers side..I'm wondering why...
I am trying to replace the master switch and i am not sure if the handle pops open or if i have to open the entire panel to replace the master switch any guidence will be appreciated. I have a 2008 Ex-L accord Thanks
At 5:38 theres that one screw between the two black prongs holding the metal piece in place. When I removed my panel that screw fell out and I can now hear it inside the panel. Anyone have any recommendations to fixing it? I wouldn''t even know how to screw it back in if I managed to get it, given that its screwed in from the opposite side.
Hi there! My 2009’accord coupe master window button seems to be jammed.. so I would need to remove the entire panel? Or is there an easier way ? Thanks in advance!
Did you figure out the solution? I'm working on my 2009 Coupe with a broken drivers side switch. I suspect you don't need to remove the entire door panel.
I did. I had to take off the entire door panel. I did then install an Amazon purchased window contraption. It works well, however sometimes since it’s not OEM. It caused electrical Issues like now the horn won’t honk. Sorta weird, but works well!
@@af2033 Well that is definitely weird. The horn should have zero to do with the power window master switch. I've seen inexpensive switches on Amazon for under $40, not sure I trust those. Honda Parts Now has P/N 35750-TE0-A32 for about $190. I plan on contacting bigger junk yards before opening the wallet.
Check to make sure clips were not left in your actual door. Also check and see if any clips on the door panel are partially pulled out or sitting sideways.
@@blakes4ever I honestly just reinstalled it without it after seeing that the ones online don't come with it either plus it was probably the reason my regular broke and my window fell through my panel because someone had messed with it before
@Barry Weaver Thanks for the tip on how to remove the driver window switch on this coup....would you know how to jump that drivers window switch plug to roll the window up?
@@Roegwon if you have the key flob you can look up the sequence to remotely roll up and down the windows to see if you can get the window to roll up until you can replace the switch.
@@Roegwon I'm glad you got the window up at least. My daughter's car was a Honda Coupe 2010, her remote key flob can roll up both door windows and the sunroof. I also tried it with her drivers window, but her switch was struck in the down position, so it didn't work.
Videos like this are why I love youtube. Explained and demonstrated perfectly the whole way through. 5 stars. Top tier DIY.

Great video easy to follow, plus I appreciate that you speak English!

Thanks a lot for this video. It was a great help when I had to remove the door panel to replace my ripped armrest.
I JUST want to replace the window switch. Do I have to take the whole door panel off? I wouldn’t think so.
Any idea of how I can find out which wires I can tap into for power and ground in the harness?

Door handle is not open the door from inside or outside, can the door panel be possibly removed with the door closed?

Do you have a video for putting the window on track in a 2010 accord
It seems as if there is not a lot of videos on that model I'm also tryna figure that out
Thank you is that the same as a 2013 2door coupe
Do you know if there is a video for a 2012 lx sedan?
Your doing the lords work man thankyou 10000%
Reassembly would be nice .-. My door at the top isn't clipping in

Does anyone know what that bracket is called at 5:36 ? I'm missing the bolt for it

I can’t get that plug out for the life of me. There is 0 room to grab it
can u make a video for a master driver switch removal or do you have to remove the whole panel to replace the widow switch?

Thank you for this video bc I’m changing my speakers and no one has a video for the coupe.
The sound system is trash 😩 I had a 2003 accord that puts it to shame lol what brand of speaker did you use? Did you also install an amp?
