Bang Chan went off on this track. I LOVE LOVE LOVE this sound for him. Definitely Weeknd and Chris Grey and Chase Atlantic vibes. Changbin said in their into to the HOP album that this is the type of music Chan loves and wants to do ever since before debut. He's the train in this song about his duality, his sometimes trainwreck of a relationship he has with himself. He hasn't said publicly what the song is about, he wants Stay to interrupt it how we want, but that's the message and story I get from the song and MV. This song is my fave song of 2024.
I didn't expect a video like this but it fits so crazily well and the theme is absolutely my cup of tea. its my favourite vid and song of them all (but they all did amazing!). Im pretty sure that its going to be my spotify no1. for 2025 after my 2024s no1. was bang chans 'i hate to admit' 😆
Welcome to the next episode of 'Stayville After Dark'... I believe that Chan created something masterful in 3 mins+, what the entire Twilight movie franchise couldn't do. At the time, we just didn't understand just how connected his stage was with the MV. It is a vital part of his storyline that we didn't know we had. I actually liked how the music video ended with him taking the chair away, then when he comes to the stage.. with that chair, its like watching the final piece of an infinity loop which then takes you back into the MV. Also the eyes of dark Chan and light Chan are different - they are mirrors of each other. There are so many many theories floating around Stayville about the meaning of railway and as usual, Chan is not going to explain anything... that is is up to Stay to figure it out and boy.. Stay has gone to town.. 🖖🏽😁
The mv's set up and theme make you enjoy the song 100x. All the details and sound effects give you chill while watching and listening. Bang Chan is the bomb.
Railway I've been in love with since he first performed it live, so I was ecstatic when they released the studio version. The music video is gorgeous and gives the song a deeper meaning. The behind the scenes is hilarious since it's Chan giggling for 90% of the time. His laugh and happiness just brings me so much joy 🥰 It also just further shows how amazing his acting abilities are to go from a giggling mess to what you see in the mv. I love how all of the members mvs are unique to themselves. All of the songs and mvs are so different and really good. my top 3... Railway, Hallucination, Ultra
This song and mv are insane! I love this so much. They are so unique and individual it is so hard to pick a favorite. I really hope at some point you will listen to Deep End by Felix. But so many other good ones like My Pace, Freeze, All In, Case 143, Time Out, Winter Falls, Blueprint, Astronaut, and Victory Song. All incredible songs. Thank you for this reaction!!
I think you were more surprised when you found out bangchan dragged the chair up to the stage and started railway live. I saw it live and wanted to faint. I can't choose a solo song because all of them managed to show their individual sides.🫠🫠🫠
not sure if you have but i just want to recommend Bangchans sister Hannah. In particular her song ‘Pomegranate’ and video that goes with it. Shes very talented and theres a somewhat similar vibe to the vid.
My solo ranking list is: 1. Railway 2. Hallucination 3. Unfair 4. So good 5. Hold my hand 6. Youth 7. As we are 8. Ultra I love them all and I have them all on repeat
You should check out his Sister Hanna Bang's " Pomegranate " has similar dark vibe. His friend Directed this so well, simple things like changing the saturation and playing video backwards is so effective athough I'm sure Bangchan had alot of it mapped out in his head, he's such a control freak in the best way possible xxx❤❤

Add to that, apparently he apologised to the actors, I'm assuming, for being rough.
