After 6 arupdai veedu is the 7th hill top describing of 7th chakras saharas.chakra and since lord Murugan is lord of spiritual God, makes sense,it is Murugan temple. In tirupathy temple, in the young age 1972/1973. When I was 12 yrs. To reach the center shrine, we will hav to walk in a queue for long distance. All the walls were written in Tamil. Which were chipped out and recarved in Telugu language. On All the walls leading towards the main shrine TAMIL was engraved. It was replaced by Telugu script. I hav witnessed with my fmly. Check it.

An additional point to consider here is that there is a Adi-Varaha temple at the first lower hill. Puranas say that the entire hills belonged to Sri Adi-Varaha perumal and that he offered the land in the upper hills to Sri Venkateswara as he didn't have a place to call his own.
1) When was this Sri Adi Varaha temple built?
2) Bala is the name of the daughter of Sri Lalitha who vanquished the sons of Bandasura in the great war described in Sri Devi Mahatmyam. So it is considered sometimes as a Devi temple.
3) An interesting theory is that in Kaliyuga it was a decision of the gods to have the combined powers of Siva-tatva, Vishnu-tatva and Shakti-tatva to remain United in a single form and that is said to be the form of Lord Sri Venkateswara - a combined symbol of the powers of Siva (in Lord Murugan's form), Shakti (the name balaji) and Vishnu(lord of hills - solid matter- Venkata-eswara - lord of the material world). Thus the holy Tirupati is sanctified by the 3 tatva-powers.
