Personal anecdote: some cameras take a pic with and one without flash. I assume they could identify your car by the pic without flash if there is enough natural light. So perhaps this should only be used in some specific hypothetical situations. (go away cops)
not reflecting the camera flash at all. have taken multiple pictures. in the dark. in the bed room. in the bathroom. all over and its not reflecting. the numbers and letters on the plate are clearly visible with and without flash.
The number plates here have not got raised numbers, the number plates are made of plastic and are flat. Making your product useless and can not be used on our number plates.
