  • Which Drivers performed the best in this year's playing of The Masters? Watch this video to find out! Many golfers, right or wrong, sometimes base their next buying decision of golf clubs, especially Drivers, based on what they see the pro's having success with. Maybe this video will impact what you consider for your next Driver! Keep watching throughout, because I also set aside some time to talk about TaylorMade specifically.

Welcome to my TH-cam Channel Golf Blog! My name is Matt Williams. I'm an amateur golfer that has only been playing golf consistently for a few years now. In 2019, I was about an 18 handicap. I was a 16 handicap to start 2020, and now am down to an 7.5. I started this golf channel for a variety of reasons. 1.) To show viewers what I am doing and working on as I continue my quest to hopefully become a scratch golfer one day. 2.) To review golf clubs/equipment to give people a club review from an amatuer mid-handicap perspective. 3.) To share my ever-growing passion for this beautiful game we call golf. 4.) To just have a ton of fun on the golf course! I sure hope you find all my content useful, helpful, but most of all..... entertaining!

Srixon is still the most underrated driver in the field. I switched from Cobra to Srixon ZX5 and I really enjoy the performance and stability .

I totally agree. Srixon "stock" is absolutely on the rise. It's just hard with such a limited sample size, one of them doing extremely well obviously, how to accurately compare that to the rest of the field.

I just sold my tsi3 due to poor results on the course. Just too low on spin and launch and dispersion wasn't great and that's after a fitting. After another fitting at a different place I've since bagged sim max 2 and results are so much better. I used to hate Tmade gear but these sim 2 woods have converted me and I've purchased the 3 wood and hybrid to go with the driver now.

I can't fault you on any of those choices. Especially the 3W and Hybrid. It's funny, because Golf equipment is so subjective and specific to the player. If I end up gaming the SiM2, it will probably be the Max as well. Currently in love with my SiM however, so I might just keep that in the bag and see what TM's next driver move is.

@@MattWilliamsGolf Totally agree what fits one person doesn't fit all and that's why fittings are great to give you numbers but like me tsi3 just didn't convert to the course where it mattered. The sim 2 max which i overlooked the first time round shone for me on the course and i have so much more confidence with it and it just outright performs

@@darrenbell6376 Yeah, I have always found that relationship between driving range/simulator results versus on-course results to be very interesting and sometimes conflicting. Fun stuff though!
