- The plaintiff says the defendant was the first one she came out to when she was 15 years old, and the two used to be best friends. However, one day after the plaintiff and the defendant got into an argument over a cheeseburger, the plaintiff claims the defendant cut her off on the road and caused an accident, so she’s suing for car damages. The defendant admits he and the plaintiff were good friends, but he says things started going downhill when the plaintiff started dating her girlfriend.
