There was also no evidence he pointed a gun either. However as you know in America they can go off of witness statements. and since this isnt criminal court much of it goes on the judge’s discretion. Most of these cases there is no physical evidence

They must’ve cut a whole lot out of the first case or maybe I tuned out because I cannot understand where Judge Mathis came to the conclusion that the defendant was guilty. They literally had not a thread of evidence.
And then the return of the plaintiff being sued once again the counterclaim was dismissed without showing evidence but this time she had no witnesses at all & what the defendant said to the plaintiff was false, he was 100% truthful & won the case, you can't say false statements when the case is won
I want to know what happened to the house she bought? Why her fiancé went to jail? Why keep taking someone back over and over, keeping ties for 7 years? And like the judge said, moved a 20 years old in with you and your daughter into a 1 bedroom apartment?
No u should have a problem with it . Because if it was a 48 year old man all u women in the comment section would be calling him a sexual predator preying on a young 20 year old girl . Well why are none of u saying this 48 year old woman preyed on a 20 year old boy ? She is a sexual predator in my eyes if you're 48 years old u should be with somebody your own age .that way the maturity level will be matched . U cannot be with a 20 year old at 48 and think your in a serious relationship . I already know u alot of u women will defend her behavior by saying men her age go with young girls in they 20s all the time. To some extent you're right , however a 48 year old man knows he can't build a serious relationship with a 20 year old girl he just wants to have sex with a girl in her 20s not a relationship big difference.

We've got to handle these young men better. Treat and talk to them like human beings, remember they don't always have the best stories. You heard him keep mentioning he live with his father, that to me says Mom (very important figure, especially to young men) is absent? Let's remember to show them some Love and Patience, please! Shaming them is absolutely unbeneficial! Protect your neighborhood by protecting our young people. You can get a family member killed or hurt really badly involving them in things, never would I call my precious nephews over for something like that, NEVER! It could turn out badly, then what. We too emotional! God Bless our Young People, and give them WISE Adults with the Wisdom of God to help them, I pray, Amen!
This is sad!! This is what happens in our justice system with our black men. They instantly get stereotyped, discriminated against then unfairly convicted and sentenced. She had no proof that he broke into her house. She didn’t even have proof that the neighbors said anything, he ignored the fact that the nephew pulled a gun on him, and she had her family running down on him. I wish the first young man would’ve called the police and pressed necessary charges on her and her family. Then the second case exposed that she was dealing with criminals herself. Why didn’t she call her nephews for Adrian? 🤔 How do we know that the company she kept isn’t the one that stole from her? This lady is a manipulator and she preys on younger Men.
Well,Well,Well turn about is so fair play all these years later the Judge sees her in court again this time he sees just what she was really about. She's a trifling individual and so called mom 😮😮
Case 1: It’s unfortunate that so many young men go into court and are inarticulate. He may have had a better chance if he was clear and concise. Literacy is so important. Studies show that illiterate people receive higher jail sentences for this very reason. I hope he’s a productive, law abiding citizen. We need more mentors for boys, especially Black boys.
We also need to consider how the children are brought up ; the education system , ect. He is also a young man as young adults are still trying to find their way and I say this as a young woman. The expectations we place on children that come from different backgrounds and ect are just too unrealistic. Not once did judge bother to ask him if his background, but immediately judged him. What if this young man has IEP ? There could be multiple reasons for what you claim is his “illiteracy” instead judge was of a BULLY and judgmental. With learning disabilities to expect one to behave in the way you would is not possible , and that may be the case here. So judge may have just bullied someone with a disability. We may never known because he wasn’t given a chance.
What a horrible judgment on that young man. That nephew of hers look guilty, and she has no proof, Judge Judy would have thrown that he said she said raggedy case out!!!
he didnt get nervous until the judge yelled at him , but before that he was bold because he knows he is not guilty . that woman showed she lied about everything because in the second episode we find out that she did not BUY the house , she got kicked out and had to find an apartment .
@@marleonetti7how and as he bold when he said nothing? He just stood there. It's called stereotyping then discriminating against someone because of their appearance. If Judge Mathis truly cared he would’ve checked the aunt and her nephew for stalking and pulling guns on the man. They produced no evidence, not even statements from neighbors. The police didn’t pursue charges because they had no evidence that he did it I knew Judge Mathis made up his mind when he refused to hear what the witness said and didn’t care about the gun being pulled. Which the nephew admitted to.

She lied in the first case saying she had "children" in the house, which turned into 1 daughter in the second. She also lied and said she bought a house in the first case which turned into a 1 bedroom apartment in the second. I believed the kid after he said her nephew pulled a gun on him and he basically just went along with it. She got the pretty girl treatment in the first case, but came back looking like life caught up with her like the lies she told. For all we know, she could have been sleeping with the kid in the first case, and set him up after she got tired of him. The guy in the second caught her cheating on him and smacked her for it.

Oftentimes a person's appearance and disposition will determine how they are percieved and judged which is sad and unfortunate. Seems to me like he needs more guidance than anything else. Mathis took the wrong approach as he does all the time.
I totally agree
It's called tough lough. Judge Mathis is not there to be their friend.
I 100% agree. This woman is there to destroy the young man's life.
Agree
He is hard on everybody. Period
I don’t think the plaintiff was really immature, I think he behaved exactly like how a 20 year old is expected to behave. I think the defendant was upset because he didn’t behave like he was 40😂
She went from Plaintiff to a Defendant 😂
Well, JM seemed a bit angry with the 1st case. Yes the defendant did not have proper court etiquette but at the same time, he didn't really allow him to speak much. Nor did his witness have a chance to speak. 2nd case, this lady makes some questionable decisions. Makes you wonder about the 1st case. Smh
That was her karma for falsely accusing the boy in the first case!!!
Case #1 - no proof should have equaled no judgement on this woman’s behalf. I hope JM reviews this and sees he was unfair/wrong on this one. Why would you speak such horrible things over his life. Very sad.
The young man's physical appearance was decent for court. JM attached the young man's hairstyles. That was sad.
He didn't speak anything horrible. The young man's demeanor was off and his respect was not there. JM handled that just fine
The defendant wasn't trying to say "look" on purpose it's a habit people have a habit of saying things they say a lot
Duh he said that already 🙄
@@mikeprice8307 if you don't get on somewhere 🙄
That’s a habit that must be broken in court on the soot!!!
You can't go on a job interview speaking like that. Be hood when necessary, speak appropriately when necessary
@@clemm9771 It's different when your trying to explain a situation. You can just start off by saying. Okay so look.. this is what happened. He shut it down when the guy was clearly nervous just trying to explain himself. Judge was wrong
That man was her karma for how she dealt with the other young man cause I don’t believe he robbed his house
She accused young man for crimes she has no proof, than went to prison, bring 20 years old man and use him. Well, now is time to pay. That's Karma!
She finessed JM the first case. For all we know she accused the first boy of breaking in bc he wouldn’t sleep with her. She obviously likes them young. 😑
That sounds about right
Probably!!!
The stumbling over her words at the end of the 2nd case 😂
They must’ve cut a whole lot out of the first case or maybe I tuned out because I cannot understand where Judge Mathis came to the conclusion that the defendant was guilty. They literally had not a thread of evidence.
The counterclaim on the original case was dismissed but the defendant had a witness
With her daughter whose probably about his age
Poor decision making habits in men, jobs, and use of birth control. Unfortunately, it is too common in our community.
I don't have an issue with age gaps, but I do have an issue when the older person complains that the younger person is immature....uhmmm
@lydiablake-simon7555 Im speaking about age gaps IN GENERAL....not this specific case only...Please don't tell me what I should have a problem with.... I was speaking about men AND women, so you're jumping to conclusions. One thing I don't tolerate is negative energy. God bless you
He is too young about the same age of her kids WTH wrong with you SMH
@kkthedrummer8999 Again....I said I do not have an issue with the age gap(s). This is speaking in general, not to this specific case. Lastly, please do not curse and disrespect me. We are adults and can agree to disagree without disrespect. Have some respect
This woman is a predator !!!
Why did the judge criticize the defendant's hair. I mean he was dressed neat and his hair was faded neatly and lined up.
Sounds good but remember we l8ve in a society that judges before even lknowing anything
amen!
She aged 15 years in 4. Yikes! See what happens when all you do is profile your neighbors? You age like a banana😂😂
Like really going from MILF to GILF
😂😂 I thought that she looked awful
I really don’t like how he judges ppl before even giving them a chance. The defendant seems uneducated but that doesn’t automatically make him guilty.
That woman was lying and crazy both cases. Wonder how Judge feels now!!!!
She changed a lot in 2-3 years. And something is off about her. JM should deeply regret that first ruling based on the second tale.
Yep
I like Judge Mathis but I think he treated that young man unfairly. Hell people say anything when a gun is pulled on em. U would too…
And he had no right to pull out a weapon and no proof. That’s illegal and the Judge didn’t say anything about that.
Well,Well,Well turn about is so fair play all these years later the Judge sees her in court again this time he sees just what she was really about. She's a trifling individual and so called mom 😮😮
Judge Mathis "what do you do in the winter"
Defendant " I don't know "
Case 1: It’s unfortunate that so many young men go into court and are inarticulate.
Judge handed him callously. I'm so disappointed.
What we need are more Black fathers who marry their wives, legitimize their children, and remain in the home with their families.
I wonder what's up with the defendant from the first case now and what happened after the case🤔?
Ultimately, the second case was her KARMA.
What a horrible judgment on that young man. That nephew of hers look guilty, and she has no proof, Judge Judy would have thrown that he said she said raggedy case out!!!
Second case. He seems like he's got enough sugar of his own.
😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
Wow 😂😂😂😂😂
🥴🙃😏
Sugar mamas fiance probably broke in her house. 🤣😂
The judge did that kid wrong.Never gave him a chance to state his case properly.
The defendant seemed a little nervous in the first case
he didnt get nervous until the judge yelled at him , but before that he was bold because he knows he is not guilty . that woman showed she lied about everything because in the second episode we find out that she did not BUY the house , she got kicked out and had to find an apartment .
@@marleonetti7 absolutely right
@@rubyjaez agreed
Awww she got the same energy JM gave the first defendant
JM said his hair looking crazy but it almost like JM hair 😂
doyle calling the lady "silly" after JM read her 😭😭💙
HE WAS SO PREJUDICE TO THAT YOUNG MAN AND IT WAS DESPICABLE. HE WAS TOTALLY DEGRADING. HE NEEDS TO COMPENSATE HIM FOR THE HARASSMENT HE POURED ON HIM IN THAT CASE
JM must be dealing with some trauma because the way he treated that man was not right. JM judged him from the beginning
Damn she was on here two different times 😂
“I hope you go to jail to keep you from being killed” as if you can’t get killed in jail?🤦🏾♀️ The comment about his hair was definitely not needed he’s trippin the guy looks put together!
wishing that on someone is crazy & he as a judge should know how prisoners are treated. that’s horrible & i feel bad for his kids growing up with a man like that
He came dressed with a tie too
Why is she so long winded!?? "Um Judge I'm here on your television court show today on this wednesday afternoon to explain to you and all the viewers that I am here on behalf of all of the hard working American citizens of the community of which I belong and representing today before you and the courtroom of this television tv show right here today, your honor to explain thus before you and hereunto hence forth."
🤣
She was a first time homeowner on the last show.
What kind of idiot tells a judge that he stands on his porch all day smoking weed..lol🤦
The kind that is showing he's honest. Judges usually don't mind in civil cases or at least tells them to stop talking
The same idiot makes a comment like this
She lied in the first case saying she had "children" in the house, which turned into 1 daughter in the second.
Judge Mathis straight up judged that man…he ain’t deserve that
Not at all
Damn she went from night to day in these two cases real quick tf is wrong with her???🤦🏿♀️
She lied on the 2nd case you don't think she lied on the first without proof specially if the police didn't believe her I like JM I know he feels bad
totally turned out
Makes me feel like my sons don't stand a chance, standing in front of any judge just like I didn't some years ago. Black male judge or not, power indeed is corruptible no mater who it is
Thought JM was deceived by her the first time, payback came. Clear example of “you reap what you sow” 🙏🏽 ❤
I hope the defendant in the first case is ok... mercy.... this was cold.
1st case: the defendant does need to get himself together. However, I do believe that the plaintiff's nephew pulled a gun on him. You can look at his demeanor/ energy he's giving. Hell if someone pulled a gun on me I'd tell em what they'd wanna hear too.
2nd case: serves her right.
He said his hair look all crazy! 😂😂😂
I thought his hair was rather neat. The young man had a nice haircut and everything 😂
I am glad for the plaintiff he deserves that much. Like who keeps going to the playground for dates? That woman knew that he was as young as her own child😂
Not to be judgmental but this is the scariest type of woman- she looks like a librarian but had a fiancé who went to prison then moved a 20 year old guy into his apartment- had her nephew confront someone in her neighborhood - accused a young man of a serious crime with no evidence
And JM generation eats that look up.
He profiled him, he didn't stand a chance. Smh...
Karma paid the lady a visit in the end😊
Good!
She may have been interested in the neighbor who she brought to court and became furious he wasn’t vibing
I been looking for the first episode for a little minute
The judge's behaviour to that young man😢😮..... horrible
The defendant sure does say "you know what I'm saying" a lot
I'm surprised JM didn't say..No I dnt knw what yu saying I'm nt yo man 😂 You knw wat esle thats strange We dnt knw hw to tlk to a judge on National TV but on 1st 48 when thy in the interagation room wit alot of Yes ma am No sir smh
The defendant claims she was the “sugar mama”, but he says they agreed to go 65/35 on the bills. Sounds like he ended up providing the sugar.
She used his card too 😮
He was providing the sugar 🤣
@@MegaMarquette 😂😂
This timeline isn’t adding up. In the 1st case she purchased her house house 2016. In the second case she talks about rent an apartment from 2015 to 2022.
This is injustice. He allowed his emotions to get the best of him.
Hair looking crazy? C'mon judge, ... WE ARE NOT OUR HAIR!!
The judge handled him the proper way. This man is headed to the slammer or the grave. He gave him tough love which was needed.
I totally agree! We need to stop babying our young men.
we got a soothsayer over here
Judge Mathis coming hard on the defendant in the first case. If he just sitting on the porch smoking and whatever else he be doing like watching his father and working when he can what's wrong with that
The second defendant is beating the breaks off the podium when he speaks 😅
I’m trying to figure out how she went from community watch advocate in the first case to delusional in the second at her big age. Get a grip and heal!
They can’t heal…. They’ll do everything but heal
I honestly believe this is her karma from the first case. Judge Mathis can be to harsh sometimes. You can tell that was just how the young man spoke and said he was not use to being on court. He stood no chance because he didn’t meet judges Mathis request of mannerisms
