As someone who says that they want to see the youth do well and do something with their lives he definitely put this young man down. It sounded like the young man was saying how he is getting his GED while also helping someone with a landscaping business and watching his sick dad. He gave that young man no chances to explain anything and it was frustrating to watch. I hope he did not send that young man down a path that was basically spoken over his life and I hope that young man continues to better his life.

Well why are none of u saying this 48 year old woman preyed on a 20 year old boy ? She is a sexual predator in my eyes if you're 48 years old u should be with somebody your own age .that way the maturity level will be matched . U cannot be with a 20 year old at 48 and think your in a serious relationship . I already know u alot of u women will defend her behavior by saying men her age go with young girls in they 20s all the time. To some extent you're right , however a 48 year old man knows he can't build a serious relationship with a 20 year old girl he just wants to have sex with a girl in her 20s not a relationship big difference.

The expectations we place on children that come from different backgrounds and ect are just too unrealistic. Not once did judge bother to ask him if his background, but immediately judged him. What if this young man has IEP ? There could be multiple reasons for what you claim is his “illiteracy” instead judge was of a BULLY and judgmental. With learning disabilities to expect one to behave in the way you would is not possible , and that may be the case here. So judge may have just bullied someone with a disability. She lied in the first case saying she had "children" in the house, which turned into 1 daughter in the second. She also lied and said she bought a house in the first case which turned into a 1 bedroom apartment in the second. I believed the kid after he said her nephew pulled a gun on him and he basically just went along with it. She got the pretty girl treatment in the first case, but came back looking like life caught up with her like the lies she told. For all we know, she could have been sleeping with the kid in the first case, and set him up after she got tired of him. The guy in the second caught her cheating on him and smacked her for it.

1st case: the defendant does need to get himself together. However, I do believe that the plaintiff's nephew pulled a gun on him. You can look at his demeanor/ energy he's giving. Hell if someone pulled a gun on me I'd tell em what they'd wanna hear too.
    2nd case: serves her right.

Not to be judgmental but this is the scariest type of woman- she looks like a librarian but had a fiancé who went to prison then moved a 20 year old guy into his apartment- had her nephew confront someone in her neighborhood - accused a young man of a serious crime with no evidence

I honestly believe this is her karma from the first case. Judge Mathis can be to harsh sometimes. You can tell that was just how the young man spoke and said he was not use to being on court. He stood no chance because he didn’t meet judges Mathis request of mannerisms
