@@user-jq4yd4by4k first and foremost the Shanks and whitebeard clash didn't happen in marinefort. 2, none of them were going all out, Shanks wasn't, Whitebeard wasn't. 3, that clash barely split the sky, barely, there was like one visible crack,. 4, it wasn't a clash of acoc because their weapons touched, so it was just plain coc. 5, when luffy clashed with kaido, the ground cracked, the sky fully split and it was clear. Weapons didn't touch, that's true acoc for people who are going all out.
Kaido was going all out on the rooftop.
Also, just because luffy recently learned acoc /Ryu it doesn't mean he doesn't have it, he got it, and he used it to land punches that hurt kaido who himself was using acoc to land blows to luffy.

He hasn't been going all out with haki, just spamming g5 because oda forgot but luffy's haki in wano got a major major upgrade. It is at the very least on the same level as kaido but below Shanks/Roger/Prime Whitebeard.
