I think the original Five Nights to Remember actually still holds up, it was very ambitious and had good graphics for a pre FNaF 4 fan game, the only issue would be that it is a bit too easy.
I actually prefer the original’s aesthetic, but the gameplay of the reboot is better.

If there’s something you should check out in the future is the Trtf era of Fnaf fangame making. I’m not referring to Trtf directly, but the era in which assets from the mainline fnaf games were used in fangames as well as fan edited assets, like return to Abominations etc. most of the games from this era are terrible but some of them are quite interesting that would make for good lore breakdown videos such as Fredbear’s fright, Five Golden Nights at Freddy’s and most of the games that use the 3D gmod fnaf models with recolours.
No cap I saw Bunnie on a thumbnail and was totally thrown off when I read the title and was like “huh….I never expected a Fredbear’s fan game to feature a character like with the…..fan service approach.” 😅
Makes sense the take cake freddy be in the music box mechanic, by the fact that well, this freddy saw some kid by murdered outside of the location and the kid murdered turns into the puppet basically in the official lore from scott, the difference is that the kid possess take cake freddy instead of the puppet
A theory: in night 1 or 2 from fntr, phone guy explains that cakebear was put and *used for parts*, meaning that the soul from "him" was split into the other animatronics (fredbear and springbonnie)
One complaint I have about night 5 in particular is that it’s hard to tell if Golden Freddy is taking the role of Vision Bonnie or Chica, although I may just be being dumb.

One thing about Fredbear's Family Diner fan-games that I find really underused is the addition of new characters that weren't mentioned in the FNAF universe before. Like you said, Fredbear's Family Diner was never properly seen or experienced, therefore there's a lot of missed potential with that idea, especially when considering that fan-game devs can do whatever they want with the location in their games (that can be said about any FNAF game till this day, but Fredbear's feels more unique specifically because we don't even know how the rest of the diner was). That's why I always loved Five/One Night(s) to Remember, because they experimented with something that I always wanted to see be experimented with in fan-games.
This game came out of nowhere and became one of my favorites. Such a fun gameplay loop

Cakebear, now where have I heard that name before? Though in all seriousness, I’m surprised when are willing to use that character considering he is from a controversial FNAF title (aka Dormitabis from 2018) it’s quite fascinating to see that design being used. I would love to see him and golden call implemented in more FNAF fan games because I do thin golden call would be a cool boss night for a FNAF 1 inspired fangame being possessed by phone guy.
I also enjoyed this game, it was really fun. At first I thought it was an original fan game, until I found out it was another remake. You probably already knew this, but Radiance is working on a remaster for Treasure Island 2020, which I’m also excited for.
I been looking forward for the Five Nights To Remember remake for 2 years, and I thought it was good for the most part.
Because the original FNTR was one of the first fnaf fan games I ever played when I was 13 at the time.
I’m just glad to see one of my favorite fangames get remembered into what might be my new favorite Fnaf Fangame.
The gameplay was done so well, characters like foxy make simple mechanics like the flashlight so much more fun and interesting
AcidRain(Radiance) as always, did a good remake
"Corpse" and "Bite" are freaking creepy in this game!
This remake of 5 nights to remember is so good. Gotta thank the radiance team for making this great remake(along with the other remakes in the past). Also, i can totally understand why the game's version of cakebear is known as H.I.M.
five nights to remember is the thing ever made. its up there with banban mourbis etc as things that where made and exist.
Radiance never fails to disappoint
One more thing: I think the main reason the game doesn’t stand out is because it’s not trying to, it was meant to be like a 2015 style fan game done in modern day

Bunnie is BY FAR worst character in base game and DEFINETLY Worst character that Radiance ever created.
Trash Desing, Trash Mechanic, Waste of CN Spot (anyone from Night 5 or like someone from Night 5 with Better mechanic would be WAY BETTER)
She is just Absolute Garbage (stan has purpose and looks way better so he is way better. ihe is also nice callback to original like night 6)
only purpose is Bunnie All Night Challenge, which is just annoying (ai boost is small)
i think Bunnie is one of Top 10 Worst characters in FFGs froom those i remember.
Bunnie is 2/10 Character (so bad and pathetic)
