thank you so much for this tutorial! i wanted to put my own flag together so i wouldn’t have to return the school equipment during the off-season, and this video helped make the process of putting everything together so much easier!
Your video REALLY helped me. I haven't put together my own flag since highschool (14 years ago) and I'm just now getting back into it. With your help, it all came back to me. I'm starting off with a three inch on top and two inch at the bottom so it's a weighting game (see what I did there). Thank you so much for this!
My friend and I are trying to just get our flags together so we can get some extra practice before the actual tryouts (they aren’t available to rent out yet). Is it ok if we don’t have bolts yet?

Of course! I’m glad I was able to help 😄

@@BattyBjorn no problem! Glad I can help 😄
Is it a 6-foot pole?
Thank you!
Are the bolts basically weights to make the flag heavier? If so where do you get them
Yes. You can get them from bandshoppe or I know you can get them from Lowe’s
The bolts help make the flag move smoothly and easy to toss
Can you tell me the diameter of the top of the carriage bolt? I believe the ones I purchased are too small on top.

You can try it without bolts but it can be dangerous, and it can throw your technique off. I don’t recommend it
@@cicilong652I don’t have tape either like at all… where can I get them
@@cicilong652also are bolts the same as weights?
Hello, great video.. May I ask if it's okay to use a stainless steel pole instead of an aluminum pole?
Yes, absolutely. I would just note the weight difference. Steel will be heavier than aluminum so it may be harder to toss.
Thank you
What is the size of the pole and what material is it?
What kind of fabric is the flag?
Are the bolts necessary?
Yes, the bolts help weight the pole so performers don’t hurt themselves and it can spin correctly.
Bolt sizes are directors’ preference
Where did you get your poles from?
I personally do not know where this pole came from but you can purchase them on bandshoppe.com
I'm '5,01" so do you recommend a 6 foot flag pole or a '5,5" flag pole?
@@45Bryseida 5' 1/2 flag pole
What is the size of the pole did you use in the video?
Hi! I used a 6ft pole 😄
Can you tell me how many feet the flag pole itself it and then the dimensions of the actual flag please
The flag pole I am taping is 6ft long and the silk I am using is a 36x54
@@cicilong652 thank you!!
🥱🥱🥱🥱🥱🥱
Where did you get the silk from?
Hello! I am not sure where the silk originally came from. They have really nice ones in bandshoppe.com or you can go to the GuardCloset. 😄
