With the first one, I’m surprised Tom Poston, a WWII veteran, complimented #1 on his military bearing. The demeanor he adopted was one of humorless anger, uncalled for in the setting he was in. That’s how I knew for sure it wasn’t him.
Neither did I. And 45% or no 45%, it was, and still is, a stinking, filthy, disgusting habit. I refer to them as "paper penises". So "cheers" to the folks who just can't seem to keep 'em outta their mouths! YUH-UHM!!
I have found in viewing scores of these shows the contestant with the most correct answers or offers the most information is normally not the real one. The real person is most often "low key" in responding. Not always, but usually that is the case.

Tom Poston was smoking! I never knew he smoked. Infact I've never seen ANYONE on that panel smoke. And then HE had to break cycle :(
