I'm getting a laugh at how picky some people are. This is an old house that has been beautifully done as best as can be expected given the existing structure. If you want ensuite bathrooms and a more practical floor plan, go buy a new build in a suburb somewhere.

I love how the agent puts more weight to it being vacuumed and dusted as opposed to the quality of the fit and finish and how well it is appointed.

The trouble with these terraced houses is that there’s no way to get round to the back from the front.
They've over extended that long downstairs room, therefore, the 'garden' is disproportionately tiny compared to the rest of the house. And it is not really a garden just a square terrace. The small tree stuck on at the end is a token gesture which does not add enough 'greenery'. Well there is a public park across the road...

It would be great if you guys start adding links for the property so we can go straight to the landing page to see more details like distances and all. But otherwise, the best presentations I've seen so far on a estate agent. The rest of them are quite basic, they don't even know the names of the things lol. This presenter here know his things and is also good with camera. 5* for sure

Not enough bathrooms
Unfortunately if you’re going to sell this as a 4 bed (which to be fair is a bit of a stretch) then the master needs to have its own bathroom. Still it has been nicely done.
Dear Lorna Marie, respectfully there is no law that says a house has to have an en-suite bathroom or shower room, for it to be considered a 2, 3, 4 bed house etc. There are two bathrooms, one being a shower room and the other a bathroom. ABSOLUTELY!! You will be up and down the stairs to get to the bathroom. I think the full bath on the lower level is rather "inconvenient" and awkward. That should be a powder room.
That little "bedroom" next to the master would make a great bathroom AND laundry, keeping the laundry near where most of the laundry originates.
Don't especially like the setup of the kitchen, especially the sink and he didn't show a dishwasher(?). Maybe I missed that bit?
With all that, the living, dining space seems rather small, for a 4 bedroom home.
Well, can't deny that the place is aesthetically pleasing but I can see how inconvenient and labor intensive living in it would be. I would have to do lots to make it efficient and pleasant for my taste, including ripping out all of that nasty carpeting.

I am amused with such house clusters. You are sharing the wall with your neighbors and if they are loud , it would be hard to tolerate
Also you can't be loud yourself and have fun sometimes.
But absolutely no character, no period features left such a shame. Not for me.
