Why do you guys hate having a window in the bathroom? Seriously, all the videos about London flats on TH-cam, you guys really hate having windows in the bathroom. I would rather rent a flat with a bathroom that has a window.

I don't think walking home at night going behind the building is safe especially for a woman. Most of the apartment is nice but the kichen and bathroom feel tight.

That's a lot of stairs to climb to get to the front door! If I entertained a lot, I'd put in a connecting door between the lounge and the dining room, and then another door to the attractive conservatory. I'd extend the conservatory to create a small utility room for the laundry machines and give indoor access to the w/c. The garden needs a cleanup, but there seem to be a lot of mature shrubs to work with, and did I see that they have/had beehives? The kitchen and the bathroom appear to have been recently updated. Overall, it's quite a nice place, and apparently it's not far from shops.

What a fantastic house!! Plenty of space and with a good clean up and clean out...LOL it would be perfect.
