2. Pork crackling
BROTH INGREDIENTS:
1. Water, 3-4 cups
2. Fermented fish sauce
3. Sugar
4. Msg
5. Salt
VEGETABLES
Lettuce Dried toasted chili
Cilantro Eggplant, sliced
Green onion Pork crackling
Lemongrass
Tomatoes
Peanuts, toasted
one of my fav since them days in laos...

How do make crispy rice?
cool sticky rice then dry it out and then fry it
@martha ogazon... you can also the ones at the lao supermarket which is sold in like 3-4 round ones which have a sugar caramel swirl on top of it. But get the ones without the sugar caramel which is more easy to do if you can't find any sticky rice. I've seen old friends does them but I prefer to do it like the ones in the video because it's more fresher. I prefer a little more water from the video but everyone is different.
