Had an 08? Silverado with similar damage (diamonded) about 1.5" We couldn't pull it with 20k lbs. Sent it to another frame shop, no joy, ended up putting a new frame under it. Once the new frame arrived, it took me 5 days to do the frame swap mostly by myself. I did have some help setting the cab on the new frame. Also, had all of the parts off of the old frame before the new frame arrived. That was my first frame swap. At the end of the day, a new frame is the best option. IMHO. God bless, stay well.
LOVE watching you guys work magic on twisted metal!!! Perfect amount of commentary and comedy as well!!! Love the more frequent releases as well! Hope you guys can beat that Jeep into submission!
back in the 90s had a jag on the jig and pulling the crash tube the single 10 tonne did not touch it got it to move by adding two more rams so 30 tonne for the win the jig i used was similar to goonzquad called dataliner
Best pull ever !!! Sometimes you are complaining about this frame machine but the Old Girl is still doing its best !!! But men what a power and strength this frame is taken to get back in position ! But you will fix this that is for sure and men i loved the frame work !!! Best Channel ever !!
This is your answer. I have seen this exact hit before. It’s a nose dive jump. With more then 2 foot of air 😂. I just know the first jump went perfect and his friends told him to do it faster. And this is the outcome 😂
hey boys that clevis pin in that new hook looked dodgy seems to be bending with chain pressure at 18.14 i would be looking to put a high tensile nut and bolt to stop where the chain entering the hook from splaying and breaking the hook can you add vector pulling to your bench/ jig you did not add any pulling power going around the pulleys just added more friction to double the force you would need to anchor the end of the chain to the tower and put a pulley on the ram or put a pulley on the hook on jeep frame and run the chain around that and back to the tower
@@23RD looking at the pin in the video through the hole in the hook to me it looks like its bending and could damage the hook and you with a good grade bolt and nylock nut and you have to be aware of the chain breaking pressure when i needed to up the pull pressure i used another clamp chain ram and anchor and safety wire after as i was in shop on my own didnt bother with safety wire the clamp came off went 80 feet through air through a door and put good dent in a brick wall always safty wire from then
I have the same year 2 Door and have torn it apart many times. I curse Jeep for those upper shock mounts. They had to have put those on before the body was set on because there is NO room to get to those top bolts and once you do get there after grinding the bottom part of of the TIPM the bolt spins.
I was wondering about the Austln. I was thinking that you were waiting for Jason at #rebuildrescue to post his video. Friction heat and pressure realigned the metal’s molecules. Heat and vibration will release and align them back. A torch and hammer can move mountains. I want the Austin.
Great video one of the best from this channel, its so entertaining. I would like that you have one more pillar and one more pump and one more hook and one more chain you would move mountains.
Maybe the frame is pushed back all along right side, that's why door gap closed up. I would check the diagonals at back and work forward to see exactly where the problem is 👍
I knew Jeeps were trash. My brothers ex has a newer 2022 Wrangler Sahara 4xe and that thing broke down twice now and death wobbles. Jeep frame is taking a lot out of your frame machine, maybe it's best to just replace the whole jeep frame at that point. Once a frame machine can't get it into spec it's probably time to replace the frame. Your frame machine has handled plenty of other jobs before but this jeep frame is donezo.
You know... those jeep lovers have their own cult-like group of sorts. IDK... but you may get a few comments for hating on jeeps. I love to see frame rack work, so thanks for sharing this.
oh yes, nice Jeep, paint it yellow, its bent like a Banana ! ye ha cowboy in my experience, having owned and worked on Land Rovers most of my life, had a few hits too, written off a few motors with one Landy, the one thing they are good at is taking impact with a chassis designed like a lorry, i'd usually start from the rear or opposite end to the damage, see what's square, the chances are, when it stopped a bit sudden, the chassis stopped and everything attached moved forward, the old kinetic energy, that's why everything got bent up, moving forward, its probably wiser in some cases just to find or purchase a new chassis, and rebuild the old motor onto the new chassis, save you all that there jer jer jer jiggering and a poking about - but you boys love it ! - blood sweat and DNA spillage - you didn't split ya pants thank heavens !
I don’t know why, but I always clinch my teeth when you start throwing a ton of tension on it, makes no sense because the damn thing is on the TV. Hahaha
Yuri and Nate are cranking out them videos, love it! Keep it up! love this channel.....
Yuris commentary is legendary 😂😂😂😂
It’s the glue that holds him together
Becarefull guys !!!! Safety first my guys.. God bless you allways🙏💯
Throw a blanket over that chain next time. Just in case. Also when winching a car/truck out of trouble.
This is one of the BEST channels on youtube, i hope one day you will get millions of subs that you deserve.
Might be the hardest working automotive channel on TH-cam. 💪💪💪

It’s amazing how this thing is so tough to pull and with such minimal visible damage! Would really be interesting to know the story
What did Vlad back into? Joking
Man you would think Jeep would put a stronger frame in them by now I know those CJ's in 78 where real bad about twisted frames
LOVE watching you guys work magic on twisted metal!!! Perfect amount of commentary and comedy as well!!! Love the more frequent releases as well! Hope you guys can beat that Jeep into submission!
We love that you love watching us do what we love to do 😁
Jeeps first warranty repair is 8 seconds after it pulls off assembly line
Aka shit wagon
Throw a chain blanket over that chain to catch the shrapnel when it breaks.
Watching 23rd and your other brothers videos is way better than any car show on TV by far.
You should throw a blanket over the chain

My favourite sunday, having fun with My family and watching your videos, bro! You're the Best!
Thank god that hook no longer has to worry me.
That Jeep Frame looks like my spine after surgery. LOL
Put on the new ram Stan , so you can pull the frame Hank. No need to be weak Nate. just let it be strait.
Best pull ever !!! Sometimes you are complaining about this frame machine but the Old Girl is still doing its best !!! But men what a power and strength this frame is taken to get back in position ! But you will fix this that is for sure and men i loved the frame work !!! Best Channel ever !!
Work ethic, and attention to detail, you rate a 10. You parents should be very proud. St.Paul, Minnesota.

Believe it or not the thing that broke was a bolt that was holding the chain on to the hook.

another job well done as usual. Nate is the Man on that CNC.
U were testing the true limits of the frame machine. Wow amazing job
My fav kinda vids. Framework. Keep up the gd work
You might have tried to remove suspension link bar during pull looks like it could be holding you back???
Y'all rock & I want the Austin!!
This is why I drive a 90s Jeep.
Back when they knew how to weld.
@22:10 "If it was Florida... we'd run it!"
Take the wheel off and put a strap around the rail where you heated it and pull outward while you pull forward. Great video keep it up.
The puppy needs a frame. The next time it is hit, it will fold like an accordion !
Thor beating that Jeep into submission, always incredible frame work Yuri! Keep Orange Crushing It!
If you had a truck clamping system you could loosen the RT side clamps and pull out the diamond
What about hooking into the hole where you heated, and pull diagonal?/Guess what? : I want the Austin. ;)
Yuri your welds still blow me away every time i see them they are epic
Thank you sir I appreciate the love, I do my best to please you guys 🤙
Yuri and Nate had me laughing. Thanks for the great video.

"the ops face" 😂🤣
😂😂
you guys are in fire with the constant uploads. nice
I wouldn't be standing near them chains ..i'd just cut the chassis and weld a piece back it once it was pulled..
Maybe the frame is pushed back all along right side, that's why door gap closed up. I would check the diagonals at back and work forward to see exactly where the problem is 👍

From Canada 🍁 EH
Love my Canadians ❤️ but bs that I wasn’t allowed into Canadian due to having too many things on my thing 😂
Just a question I have been told if you heat a frame it weakens the frame is that true ?
You guys are something good bless you guys amen 🙏 and be safe
I think the impact hit the tire and pushed on the suspension mounting points. I bet the suspension is tweaked pretty good
You have a good eye sir
Video of Paul painting Vlad's van.
I love how Yuri just tells it like it is "just get rid of your jeep" 😆
Yuri dissing jeep wranglers 😂
I would not be anywhere near that chain while it's tightening down.
great stuff guys thanks
OSHA would have a field day in this shop... 🙄🙄😄😄
you need some truck clamps and another tower and pull out that back area as you pull forward.
You are a master at what you do really enjoy watching
I’m excited to see all the upcoming content 😮
Never Quit! "NQ"...Nuk, Nuk Nuk!
Great video guys!!
I appreciate the consistency of videos. Keep up the good work 👏🏻

That shock is trash with that big dent in the side of the body.
Just put some heat on it man. Really taxin' the equipment and your safety.
