Kontakt Factory Scripts includes a transform script Note Numbers to CC that allows you to transforms MIDI note numbers directly into CC controller numbers. But what about converting CC controller numbers into note numbers? There isn't a factory script to do that but today is your lucky day. I would like to convert input on midi channel 1 by MIDI CC #3 (any value) to a specific midi note (for example D#3). How would that script be?

Great video, thanks. I'm trying to use a breath controller to send a CC to effect a key switch. I used and modified the script, and could get it to play a note (e.g. C4) when I used the breath controller, but I couldn't get it to play note C1 (where the key switch is). Not sure if this is because C1 is outside the pitch range of the instrument (as it has to be to act as a key switch), or there's something else I'm missing. Any help much appreciated, thanks.

Hi, thanks for these great tuts. Can you create a tutorial that explains how to add keyswitches and a real legato and portamento and glissando script like lass 2 legato. When i press softly ill get a slow legato and when i press faster or harder ill get a fast legato and i would love to learn from you guys how to create a crossfade script from sustain to vibe sustain. When I apply the factory script to convert notes to CC, the whole keyboard doesn't play notes anymore. I would need a way to edit the factory patch in order be able to play the keyboard range that is NOT assigned to a conversion....Can anybody help me with this? Thank you
