Do you remember how long it took for Steven to text you after you sided with him? I skipped a lot of days and still no text from him. When I side with Ana, I can find him at the Stadium after a few days no problem. Maybe my game is bugged, because I got the „she dead?“ text from Ana AFTER I sided with Steven and after I had found Katya‘s hideout, stash and found out her fate. Any ideas maybe?
Been awhile since I did this quest so I don't remember how long it took to get his text, but since I didn't include it in the video probably took a long time. I recall getting the "she dead?" text after finding Katya so that is normal. Probably not bugged, just need to do some other quests. There are some things in the game where you are contacted as soon as you skip enough time and others where there is a delay.
