George isn't just cute, he's a really good man. Not even because he builds all of these things for people in need, but his attitude and sensitivity is amazing. I'm here from the Molly Burke video where he sat in near silence during a collaboration between his channel and her's so that the two blind people could talk, and didn't once try to pretend he understood or interject. In this video, all he does is honor, respect, and LISTEN to the families to identify their needs. He's everything a man should be.
My son is 23 now and has CP. He's at Uni doing computer science and also plays Wheelchair Rugby for GB🇬🇧. It's amazing what they can achieve given the right tools. What I noticed tho is that they, Cailin and my son have similar giggles and its adorable. She's gonna be a whole new woman 💜💜💜

SO happy that George is using his platform, to show how people, with a disability such as myself, can get around. It's a reminder that just because someone has a disability, does not mean, they don't have the ability.
I am a 69 year old male and this one brought tears to my eyes. Cailin is an incredibly beautiful young lady. She is so inspirational with her attitude her outgoing personality and love for life!. There is no doubt in my mind she is going to be doing great things that will change peoples lives for the better. Go girl! You rock!!
Was feeling a little down this morning so watched this episode again. Cailin worked her magic and immediately lifted my spirits! I hope she is doing well and enjoying her new bathroom and bedroom.
What gets me the most is Cailin doesn't start crying until her mom & dad surprise her then she clings tight to her dad. That is a young lady who knows how much her parents love her as a young woman and they would do anything for her.
Beautiful choices for a young woman. The pastel colors but mostly white. Elegant feminine youthful bathroom. The decorator choose well. Sometimes i wonder if the interior designer realizes the decor has to last years. This bedroom she can change colors or details but its basically white. And its such an uplifting decor!! Also the rest of the house is in simple lite tones. Bathroom looks practical with tan tiles in shower!! Such a wonderful gift for a wonderful young woman.

My uncle has CP and was told he wouldn't live to see 18 or even walk. He is now 45 and roller skates, walks ect. Love seeing that CP won't ruin her spirit, how sweet!!
AAAAH! I have been waiting for this since y'all crashed our prom day! I cannot think of someone who deserves this more than Cailin! We didn't talk much, but she was so much fun to hang out with on that last, depressing day. I vividly recall her saying she wasn't going home because the back of her house was gone, lol. I gotta say, she was right about SFAH being the world's best place, but it was so weird having cameras there.
Cailin's bright light is contagious to all who come in contact with her. She is an asset to the Farmingdale school community, as I am sure she is to everyone in her circle of family and friends! Great job to the George to the Rescue team... it couldn't have happened to a more deserving young lady and her family!
Devanshi, I've seen your comments on George's videos before, I never cease to be amazed by the difference this man makes in the lives of the people he helps! I cannot, for the life of me, understand how he doesn't have millions of subscribers!

My "addiction" lately has been TH-cam (not proud of it, just stating the fact …) and although I love MMA and other (less "kind" (lol) things), I can't get enough of George and so many other channels which seem to highlight the altruistic nature of people and the Goodness that exists everywhere but which rarely gets the spotlight. I appreciate your responding, it's nice to know there is someone else "out there" who feels the same way! Sean
I have the same disability as Kaelyn and I am blessed that I am able to do things on my own but I also have challenges just like her but I just take it one day at a time :)
The one thing I notice this room is missing is a ceiling based transfer system. That would ease the lifting for the family as well as giving Caitlin the option of being totally independent.
I have seen many of the videos from George to the Rescue in the last few days. Everyone on the show is able to have a better life afterwards. This one however, goes above and beyond ... they literally gave a young woman a new life. Well done!
Having taken care of kids with CP from birth to teenage years, having that new space is life saving for the entire family! Blessings for continued growth and independence to dream.
She’s spectacular. my goddaughter has cerebral palsy also she’s in her 40s now, but she loves life and she’s always on the computer. She always wants to do some kind of motivational speaking. She’s phenomenal.

Wow this show has really jumped up a peg or ten ! It is so much better than last time I watched...the decor choices were fabulous and very well designed......what a great thing to happen for this family, Caitlin is a beautiful spirit and a gorgeous young lady.This is going to make her future a whole lot brighter and so much better for her parents because as she grows older and heavier, and they get older it would only have got harder and harder to manoeuvre her around. I absolutely adore that she’s like the mayor - what an incredible spirit?! My daughter was diagnosed with cerebral palsy at 11 months old August 11, 2017. In April 2019, her diagnosed changed and the cause of her dystonia and spasticity are unknown.

For those who don’t know Caitlin wasn’t just a premature baby, she is whats known as an *extremely* premature baby since she was born at 27wks into the pregnancy. She could’ve turned out so much worse than she did meaning she could’ve had many many diseases etc. or even worse she could’ve died, she is blessed to be alive & should be a reminder to all to never give up & to fight for life. She truly is a very strong young woman, she’s gonna conquer the world some day... I just know it! For those who don’t know/would like to know a full term pregnancy is technically 40wks however they consider 37-40wks full term, babies born between 29-36wks of the pregnancy are consider premature & those who’re born 23-28wks of the pregnancy are extremely premature.
Cailin, you are a very beautiful, bright, happy, and inspirational young lady. I am so happy for you and your family. I hope many more blessings upon you all!

What a fabulous renovation for a fabulous girl. I adore the young architect who designed this space. Her colour choices and materials are inspired, Kaelin is so happy. The family is a very loving one, the way Kaelins brothers look at her is so sweet.

As a disabled teenager, a renovation like this would change my life, although I probably wouldn’t be chosen for the show because I’m semi-ambulatory and I’m not relentlessly optimistic
I'm absolutely delighted for this lady you can see appreciation so much from her it will be a great sence of independence for her well done George to the rescue and to all who got involved enjoy enjoy you deserve it.
Here in the UK we complain that the gov does not do enough for disabled people, but here the gov will install lifts, stair lifts, bathrooms etc for disabled people, all the things they need because of their disability are given to them. If the family home is not big enough to meet the disabled persons needs, the gov will build an extension. They provide state of the art bathrooms designed to meet all the needs of a disabled person, ie. anti-slip floor tiles, disabled toilets, shower chairs, adequate safety rails etc. The bathroom makeovers for disabled people that I have seen on George to the rescue are all very nice, but they would never meet the UKs strict guidelines for a safe and functional disabled bathroom. Here in the UK we very much take it for granted that the gov provides these services, it is very sad that in the USA disabled people have to live in homes that they cannot even shower in, it is really tragic that their only chance of having a home that suits them is dependant on George. Well done George for helping these people the way you do, but it is very sad that you are the only hope for these people.

Oh my gosh, what a truly awesome family & a much needed rescue. Miss Caitlin & her amazing family are so genuinely devoted to ‘taking care of business’ any way they can & it’s wonderful to know that now, they can go about life with Caitlin able to do so much more for herself & that taking care of her other needs will be so much more easier. George, Jerry, TPG & Miss Lisbeth, you did an amazing job with that huge crew of extra helpers (including Lisbeth’s Mom)...it’s not only practical but really beautiful. All those construction crews were so impressive in how they properly secured things through the basement so the new rescue was good to go for years to come. Obviously all the behind the scenes things make the biggest difference. Congratulations to everyone on yet another GTTR success. 💯🔥😍

As a disabled teenager, a renovation like this would change my life, although I probably wouldn’t be chosen for the show because I’m semi-ambulatory and I’m not relentlessly optimistic

I'm absolutely delighted for this lady you can see appreciation so much from her it will be a great sence of independence for her well done George to the rescue and to all who got involved enjoy enjoy you deserve it.
Here in the UK we complain that the gov does not do enough for disabled people, but here the gov will install lifts, stair lifts, bathrooms etc for disabled people, all the things they need because of their disability are given to them. If the family home is not big enough to meet the disabled persons needs, the gov will build an extension. They provide state of the art bathrooms designed to meet all the needs of a disabled person, ie. anti-slip floor tiles, disabled toilets, shower chairs, adequate safety rails etc.
The bathroom makeovers for disabled people that I have seen on George to the rescue are all very nice, but they would never meet the UKs strict guidelines for a safe and functional disabled bathroom. Here in the UK we very much take it for granted that the gov provides these services, it is very sad that in the USA disabled people have to live in homes that they cannot even shower in, it is really tragic that their only chance of having a home that suits them is dependant on George.
Well done George for helping these people the way you do, but it is very sad that you are the only hope for these people.

Oh my gosh, what a truly awesome family & a much needed rescue. Miss Caitlin & her amazing family are so genuinely devoted to ‘taking care of business’ any way they can & it’s wonderful to know that now, they can go about life with Caitlin able to do so much more for herself & that taking care of her other needs will be so much more easier. George, Jerry, TPG & Miss Lisbeth, you did an amazing job with that huge crew of extra helpers (including Lisbeth’s Mom)...it’s not only practical but really beautiful. All those construction crews were so impressive in how they properly secured things through the basement so the new rescue was good to go for years to come. Obviously all the behind the scenes things make the biggest difference. Congratulations to everyone on yet another GTTR success. 💯🔥😍
