Set Up HX Effects to Control Amp Channel Switching AND Amp Boost Function

This video demonstrates how to assign the HXFX to switch channels and engage the boost function on external amps. Those are two separate functions that there aren’t many videos on TH-cam about.

I have a jazz chorus, and I switch the amp’s chorus this way. But when the chorus is on, the HXfx indicates it is off and vice versa. Any idea on how I reverse that? I did try using tip or ring but no difference. Thanks, take care.

Totally man… I control my Eventide H9 via midi with the HXFX but it’s cool to be able to control channel switching as well via TRS cable
