I did a smog delete and used the TPS tuner from ktmandhusky.com. I think OEM setting was .57 if I recall correctly and now I'm at .68. I also did a thermostat delete.
I used the TPS tuner, or rather it was given to me from a buddy. I think they're about $100. I made small increases. I liked it when I turned it up to .65, which I'll probably go back to, as the .68 uses noticeably more fuel.
Ha. The camera doesn't do it justice for how loud the Pro Moto Billet is, but the stock end cap doesn't perform well... after riding with the Pro Moto Billet. I like to be a little more stealth when I'm in the woods, so I hope this insert is a happy medium.

Did you illuminate the secondary air intake to stop the decel popping? Did you adjust the TPS or add a JD jetting computer to add more fuel?

Did you buy the computerized jet kit computer ($220ish) or were you able to simply buy the tps tuner and make s small increase to your tps setting?

Do you still like the ultra quiet? Deciding between quiet and ultra quiet. I think i would like ultra but not if it is as restrictive as the stock.

Seen a video where the pro moto end cap was melting the turning signal, have you had any issues?
I haven't had that issue.
How loud is the pro moto? Now having seconds thoughts! I want it louder than factory...
With the insert I used, it's still louder than factory.
