iscariot is oe of my favorite organizations in animation as a whole. there's just something about how impressive the concept is. They know that especially in these "kinder, gentler" days of faith, someone has to get their hands dirty. and they fully intend on damning themselves to do it because they know they have to.
Of course, Norio Wakamoto is the Seiyuu for Anderson, and also, he gives his voice to Rugal (kof2002), Igniz (Kof 2001) Cell (Dragon Ball Z) and of course all of them have a excelent interpretation.
Or Alucard's I'm not even that big of an Alucard fan, my faves are Dok and Integra by a lot, but Joji Nakata is legendary. Whether he's voicing Alucard or not. Crispin Freeman could fucking NEVER.
My god, am I the only one who finds the Iscariots much cooler than the Hellsing organisation, I mean with Hellsing is always Alucard, who we know isn't going to loose but with them who knows, they might loose a few soldiers but they have a job to do and the are going to do it
In thr first OVA he says that violence can only be used against heathens and monsters, here he pacticed what said because nazi vampire are both things.
After some time of watching the anime for the first time and learning a little about religion I finally understand the full significance of the speech. It's definitely quite not complex at all, but I wanted to summarize my conclusion anyways Judas was in fact not the only apostle to betray Jesus, but what set him apart was the fact that he never sought forgiveness, even in his regret. Alexander and his army are also sinners who know their actions are unholy, and willingly decide to continue on that path to defeat the enemies of God, even if in doing so they become severed from his glory...
The line about forming a cabal in order to be properly cast into Hell just so they can fight demons may be the hardest line I've ever heard in anime.
There is something so beautifully profound to Alexander Andersons killing techniques and monologues.
the last line about hanging themselves after doing their duty for God always made me tear up a bit. And im not even religious lol
Integra's face is priceless

The Japanese version is really the best, nothing can replace Anderson's Japanese seiyuu !
I think he is also Winters Sokaro seiyu from D Gray Man, that guy was born to play extreme religious fighters

@@nintendomaster45 yeah, but then there's "Very Melon" and Chiyo's Dad and many other fun little roles, not just Charles Vi Britannia

Warhammer 40k Commissar: And that concludes our training video. Any questions?
Gaurdsman: yes do we get any cool large bayonets or is that just for show.
@@OwenGallagher-ye4np Commissar: Unfortunately we do not get bayonets; it turns out that man bought every single bayonet in all of time and space.
