Music means so much to me.. Partly because watching things like this gives me hope for humans in the face of our perilous stupidity. Hope for myself. Wonderful and pure ❤️

You know, last year my wife and I were driving back to Florida from dropping our son off at Virginia Tech for the beginning of his Sophomore year. On the drive back we put on this Snarky Puppy album, Sylva which this is part of. Talk about an album...Jesus, we listened to it front to back twice. Three hours of bliss. Reactions aside, do yourself a favor and find the time to put it on uninterrupted. It's mind-blowing, to say the least.

I agree completely. This was written by Michael League (all parts) as a suite of music and the best way to experience it is all together.
      Michael League is a genius.

OMG. THANK YOU MY BROTHER FOR SHARING THIS MASTERPIECE. Your description of what we heard was articulated perfectly from you. That for me was an out of body experience. Every second was musicianship to the highest level. How do you go from Funkadelic to the NY Philharmonic Orchestra in the same session? They took you on a very emotional journey which was phenomenal and emotional. The pianist with the soft synth background was angelic and masterful.

I met Michael League and chatted with him for a while at Ground Up fest three weeks ago and mentioned how much I dug what he did with that solo. He just said "Yeah that was fun thanks" Talk about a chill guy. Super nice.
