雞攤平不重疊的話, 用明火大火蒸10分鐘便可, 如配冬菇, 請把冬菇切絲, 如要原隻冬菇, 要把調味的冬菇先蒸30~45蒸至軟身入味才與雞一起蒸.

我這個電飯煲是陶瓷內膽, 煮飯煮甚麼也用很多時間, 一般電飯煲煮半小時左右, 如果用鍋炆, 要看您的炆鍋功率大小, 煮到雞肉熟透便可, 太久口感不好, 謝謝收看!

惠康"麻皇雞"比較好食(但我家附近這間惠康每天來貨3至4隻, 很快買完), 百佳"有機穂香雞"最好味, 早上9點幾來貨, 10點去到都冇得買😂😂🤣
