I see it's been a few years. Just wondering if you still have this old Ariens. I appreciate you making the videos. I just recently picked one of these up while looking at something else. Looks like it could be a great Beast of a worker.
Hi, I do still have the Ariens. I use it primarily for snow removal now, as I have bigger tractors for earth work but they really are good machines. I moved a decent amount of dirt with the plow blade and the ripper to break it up.
No, haha. the plant is actually Bittersweet that had been planted by the previous owner but had grown out of control. Very tough to kill but it's gone now. Thanks for watching!
Yep it has been upgraded a bit since then with new filled tires, weights and chains. I still need to get suitcase weights for the front or I leave the plow on for weight.
I got them used on craigslist. They were from a White GT1855. The factory Ariens 3 pt hitch is still available, but it's expensive at around $225. It's part number 731011

So did you get poison ivy after playing around in it? Cool video

That may work a little better with ag tires and weights fore and aft just saying

How much do the ones from a white gt1855 usually cost?
I paid $100, which I thought was fair. I'll post a video of it this weekend to show how I set it up. It would be tough to describe properly
Ok cool man thanks!!!!
