Just try to stagger her in the first turn, if not 2nd round and then nuke the heck out of her afterward. Expect your sinner to stagger or be killed from her counter attack though, that was what my friend and I did, and it worked.
Try to use heavy blunt dmg teams that are also blunt resistant. You gotta burst him down when he gets the specific effect that makes him take double dmg. Also, Ishmael will not die until everyone else is dead, so you can use her to tank some attacks. Good Luck!
I was super stuck but I borrowed a friend’s N Sinclair and went in with a lv 35 base Ishmael. I just got Ishmael to shield everything attacking Sinclair and got Sinclair to deal damage. Ishmael won’t die as long as someone else is alive so she can just tank attacks directed at her

Ish cannot die whatsoever until all of the other sinners are dead. Abuse it and use her to tank as much damage as you can if you're in a pinch.
