Delphuino - Update 6

Built the boost controller and it's ready to go into the P59 PCM. I already have the Spartan2 OEM wideband controller in the computer and logging with VCM scanner. I want to tie the output to arduino to add the AFR to the gauge. Once it have it in and working I am going to dump all the info I can on hardware and will post the code to GitHub. My hope is that there are smarter people than me to take it and go further with it to share with everyone else!

Oh yea, plan on that. Just want to cleanup the code and label everything so I'm not making other lose their mind looking at my terrible code, lol.
