So…. Grits for breakfast? Really good with cheese and ham or sausage. You can mix in raw scrambled eggs at the end. If you add them slowly and stir continuously, they cook quickly creating a creamy texture while adding protein.

I’m from south Arkansas. We call it grits. I love mine savory with salt and butter. Or with cheese. My husbands likes his sweet. When it cools and sets then you can make “cakes” out of them and pan fry them to make crispy “pancakes”

Love that! Thanks for sharing. We tried frying up the leftovers this time after - big hit! :)

It was a treat to watch your family playing with the homemade gifts that your husband made. Being on the same page about finances is huge as well. We are in our middle sixties and my husband and I were always on the same page about that. We have been debt free for many years. Also the healthcare situation sounds intriguing. In Canada our socialist healthcare system is falling apart and they are allowing people to die. So we work really hard with alternative therapies to keep ourselves away from that ungodly system. Keep sharing your encouraging message and may your home and business be protected and blessed.

I have to tell you that my family loves your shampoo soap. We have now made 3 batches and gave some away for Christmas. Thank you very much for sharing.

I love your alternative to traditional health insurance. It's so awesome that it's a community of people helping each other instead of lining the pockets of a big company. Including the encouraging notes also brightens someone's day when they need it the most! I'm going to share this with my family and friends.

My goal for this year is also to organize and declutter. I’m actually doing it right now while watching.

I loved the children's gifts, that would have been so much fun. Also a great idea what you do with health insurance, that's brilliant.

That cornmeal dish looks so good! Would love hearing more on budgeting. Samaritan's healthcare sounds like a great idea, had never heard of it before.

New subscriber here and I’m absolutely binge watching your videos. I just love your slow and easy style of videoing and they are very encouraging and informative. I was wondering if you’ve ever done a video on how you got involved in your Homestead since you mentioned Ed and one of your videos you’re from Chicago… And how your form makes an income for you and so on and so forth. It would be neat to hear your story and testimony.

Hi! So glad you're here and have been enjoying these videos! We definitely have some videos that go through more of the how we got here and our story but that's a good reminder that maybe a new one might be in order here too!
